I have resenly rented a property in Chelmsford and I can honestly say that dealing with Abbotts has been first class, my agent was Jessica and from the first phone call I made to Abbotts was to Jessica a lovely young lady who is well on top of things with updates, information and keeping me in touch with what's happening and when, they even carry out follow up calls after you have moved in to check all is well. I would totally recommend Abbotts to anyone looking to rent, friendly helpful service.

I have been trying and trying to get permission from my landlord now for 3 months to sort out the state of the flat I'm letting through abbotts. Left many messages and spoken to 3 people and no response on this matter at all from Abbotts regarding my questions or requests and its costing me money each month due to not being able to fit a smart meter.NegativeResponsiveness

Absolutely outraged by the check out service provided here. No deposit or communication received, 5 weeks after leaving property. I would steer clear of this company as the process of receiving your deposit back are non existent. The communication is so poor, that they are breaching every clause of their contract. I had to put 1 star but it deserves -10 stars. I will be seeking legal advice so please ensure before you rent of these guys that check out other more ethical companies.

Recently used Abbott's, Chelmsford and this being my first experience with them and it definitely wont be my last they are a fantastic letting agency. My problems were addressed quickly and efficiently. I dealt with two main port of contacts these being Ben and Bukola both of them very proficient and nothing was too much to ask, they found me a professional tenant very quickly . I've had a really positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend their services, Hope to deal with them again soon.

I have used a lot of estate agents in the past but none compare to Abbott's, Chelmsford. I was recommended by a friend and was introduced to Ben and Bukola who were fantastic, instantly they built a quick relationship with me their efficiency in dealing with my requests, by either telephone or email were second to none nothing was too much to ask which made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend them enough, the professionalism and ability to go the extra mile was really appreciated by myself. I will be using the services again for sure.

Splendid service from Scott Cracknell. Our property sold within 2 weeks after disastrously being on the market unsold for 5 months with another local Estate Agent. From the outset their attention to detail was very reassuring, and the printed sales brochure they produced represented the property very accurately and in great detail and clarity. We appreciated the attention not only from Scott but the other staff members when he was absent. They were always cued up on the latest information and where we were in the process.
