GoogleI recently worked with Chloe on finding a new rental property. She was fantastic! 5* service quick to respond always picked up her phone and emails and if she didn’t know and answer would get one for me. Honestly the process was so smooth and very painless couldn’t recommend enough

GoogleIt cannot be understated how much the people at Abbotts saved me. They are always ready to help and I’ve felt safe throughout my whole house hunting journey knowing I had them by my side, even after every inconvenience that came our way they really pulled through until the end and made this as stress-free as it could be. Very friendly people would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to move soon.

GoogleHaving purchased multiple properties during my life both in Chelmsford and other counties from estate agents, I can genuinely safely say that this Abbotts branch is by far the worst. They were so poor in so many levels and I can tell this is one of the cheapest agents available in the area for obvious reasons. They are also extremely hard to get hold of and I ended up falling out with staff member due to their poor service, another staff member who picked up my case was better I must admit but even when collecting my keys to the purchased property from one of the admin ladies she was also unhelpful and can clearly see she wasn't interested, neither did she want to be working there. Please don't listen to a lot of fake reviews on here and trust mine as a multiple property owning landlord who has dealt with many estate agents during my time. Would not recommend this branch at the slightest!

GoogleWe have been renting a property through Abbotts for two years now and we have always been very pleased with the excellent service we have been provided with. The property was shown to us via a video during covid and we were impressed with the professionalism despite the time as well as the great condition in which the house was in. The paperwork was very easy to fill in and Ben, the agent was helping us throughout the whole process. Since then, there have been numerous occasions where we needed a repair or a spare key, and the agency have gone above and beyond. One of the people being Thapelo Kobe, who always responds to us immediately and ensures all of our enquires are answered. Very friendly and helpful which makes it easier for us to reach out for help. All the agents are very friendly in person, always return our calls and they ensure to maintain a good relationship between tenants and landlords. Would certainly recommend :)

GoogleDean & Sophie (& the rest of the team!) have been brilliant in the process so far of me selling a property. Everything has gone smoothly, my property was on the market within a week of Dean visiting & valuing it, and I was kept in the loop when it came to all the viewings. Luckily for me the property sold very quickly and the lines of communication are still very much open with any questions I have, and vice versa! Abbotts Sales come highly recommended from me!! GoogleMy house proved to be more difficult to sell than I first imagined, however Dean and the team at Abbotts Chelmsford remained undeterred and completely focused on finding my buyer; two as it ultimately became. Dean is an efficient, professional and good humoured communicator whom made the whole process a pleasure.
