I was consulted by Gary Jenkins and Sophie for buying out first ever home in UK- Today is the key handover. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. I sent them numerous amount of email quering this and that; they gave reply to my emails with answers everytime without failure. They gave us a warm welcome from the beginning and later when we changed our home design according to the limited budget, we were consulted by others. Even after that Gary and Sophie kept helping us with general queries- as it was hard to get to our original team. Gary and Sophie also helped us to choose our home within our budget and Sophie also very kindly pulled out some renovated house options, if we were interested. However, finally we are getting our home now and I wish them all the success in life.

I requested to rent a property and Abbotts have been one of the few companies that will offer help (I’m a full time student). I have only ever lived with my family or in university accommodation, but Joe and Chloe were so helpful and were willing to sit down with me and go through the documents so I knew what it meant. They explained everything and answered all questions I had. They also managed to make it feel slightly less stressful than I thought. 10/10 service, would 100% recommend. Thankyou Joe and Chloe!!!

I recently remortgaged a buy to let property using Abbotts Countrywide, our Mortgage advisor Adam was absolutely spot on. He worked hard for me to get the best product. Lenders have been moving rates around to reflect the uncertainty in the economic environment due to the pandemic but Adam persevered and thoroughly searched the market place to get me the right mortgage. I give Countryside 5/5 stars for the service my partner and I received recently from Adam Tanner. We recently sold our property in South Woodham Ferrers though Abbotts at Chemsford. We decided to go with Abbotts because they managed to sell our previous property during the recession in 2008. Twelve years later they had maintained their high standards of professionalism, presentation and determination to sell in whatever market you find yourself in. We sold (STC) in a week and Jack and his team at Chemsford managed the process from beginning to end with out ever dropping the ball. We would recommend their premium marketing Pack option, because their professional photograther is outstanding and makes your property stand out from the crowd. Wow, absolutely amazing team. I was selling a property for the first time and Dean did not disappoint, from the very first time I met him he was super helpful and during the selling process he continuously provided updates to myself and the buyer. I was also recommended the inhouse mortgage advisor, Adam, who did not disappoint, always working with me to find the perfect and most suitable deal. One thing that stood out about Dean & Adam was that they never needed to brag about how good they are, their work did the speaking. AVOID. Read this review first! IMPORTANT: They shove a bit of paper your way asking for a review when you're feeling good about picking up your keys. I would bet they have far fewer positive reviews without this. They'll be great until they get your money, then they couldn't care less. We were promised an extra key, now being told we can't. We were promised it'd be cleaned, flat was FILTHY and they've been useless at sorting anything out. We were promised things would be fixed and now they won't be. We've been lied to again and again, and had ZERO help despite multiple emails and calls. Awful, you'll regret using these guys, made our moving in experience atrocious.
