Since deciding to move from our current rental, Jess has been exceptional with her attentiveness and responsiveness. Highly recommended and I look forward to buying a property (hopefully through romans) in 2021.

GoogleI’ve recently rented a property through Roman’s caversham and I would say it’s been a good experience The online interface to pay deposit, sign rental contract and then to follow up on any repairs or report issues is great. The agent Ayse Yerlikaye in particular was very helpful in answering questions, resolving issues in signing rental contract and also chasing internally with other departments within Roman’s to resolve the delay/issues. The communication/regular updates were very helpful in the lead upto our move to rental property I would use Roman’s again in the future without any hesitation

GoogleI just started renting a house proposed and managed by Romans Letting & Estate Agents Caversham. All the process was incredibly smooth and easy thanks to the attention to all the details that the agent Ayse Yerlikaya devoted to us: she was always available for any doubt or request we had, guiding us through the entire process and helping when stuck. She is a formidable professional and person! Unfortunately, once the tenancy started, we found some issues in the house, but the Property Manager Megan Setchell quickly jumped on them and organised prompt replace/repair. She was unbelievably fast to answer to any question and totally open to any request. This is very rare: coming from a property managed by the Landlord itself, this was another planet. I would kindly recommend who has family and need good assistance to always rent properties managed by serious companies like Romans!
