I own a property in Caversham and have used Romans for many years for a range of letting purposes. They have always been very helpful and reliable. I have lived abroad and it's been good to know things are in safe hands. Matthew Hembra in particular, has been a very good support to me and someone I would recommend working with.

I would highly recommend all the services provided by Romans Caversham office. Jess Glynn did a great job finding the right flat for us and was of most help when we had to find a new tenant when we sadly had to leave our apartment early due to a job relocation. The worst company ever, such unprofessional etitude haven't faces on whole planet. Ignorance, no manners, regretting dealing with whole Caversham branch. Shame to have employees like them and present the company. Definitely black listed. The only star in this company is Lucky! Lovely personality, easy to work with, responsible, and willing to help.

Romans are definitely a estate Agent I would recommend. Made my whole experience from search, contract, tenancy support and end of tenancy a great one. Jess G. from the Caversham branch was a great help. She ensured communication was swift and clear during the period towards my end of tenancy which in a hassle free exit.

Can't recommend Romans, Caversham enough!!! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Peter had an answer for every question we threw at him and helped us through every step of the process. When buying a new house that too a first time buyer it's all a bit blurry but they provided the much needed assurance and support right till completion! Thanks guys!

Prompt customer service throughout and good proactivity in finding us a buyer and getting the house through to a successful exchange of contracts.
