GooglePut an offer to rent a house at list price and was told offer would be put to the landlord. Waited 4 working days for a response to be told another offer was accepted. Clearly taking advantage of the current market to make potential tenants battle for available properties. For context, put in another offer with a different agent and was accepted same day.

GoogleMy mother and I experienced an excellent professional service from Simon throughout the sale of my mothers house. Simon listened well to my mothers concerns, regularly phoned up, with up dates on the progress of the sale, and got my mother the best price. We did have dealings with Simons colleagues and always found them more than helpful and professional as well. Would highly recommend, thank you very much Simon.

GoogleI bought a property advertised by Romans. Besides 2 viewings, I had very little interactions with the agents, very little to no guidance when I had questions and concerns during the process. Similarly I received no guidance on completion date, just a handshake and a set of keys.

A lot of times it took a long time for them to rectify the mistakes. They never looked at the root problems, made many mistakes during the process!
