I would highly recommend Jeffrey Ross and particularly Lee, he was fantastic during a difficult time while selling the family home after a sudden bereavement. He was very respectful and supportive at a time that was very stressful. The whole process was dealt with very smoothly and without any problems. GoogleWas shown around potential new rental property by Aron. Very courteous chap, called ahead on the day to confirm the viewing, arrived punctually so that I didn't have to wait, answered all of my questions at the time, and assisted with passing my details on the landlord. I am now in the process of agreeing a formal contract at the property. Overall efficient and helpful service from this Estate Agents, and staff to match.

GoogleWe sent a list of problems to the maintenance team of this agency three weeks ago and we have also had to call a few times because they did not respond. The only progress has been a visit from a contractor to take photos that were already provided in the initial email. Some of these issues are basic necessities for peaceful enjoyment of a property and it is disappointing that these issues have lingered for such a long time. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Update: One month later and only now are the issues being resolved, after I should add we gave them notice and a new tenant was found. But that is not the end of issues with this hopeless agency, oh no. This afternoon during a work call I was disturbed by two people who let themselevs into the house not wearing face masks after Jeffrey Ross gave them a key and did not warn us nor ask if anyone in the property was displaying covid symptoms. Absolutely apaulling. After we phoned to complain they said it was an oversight to give them the keys. The excuse was that the landlord thought the property was empty, but surely they knew? Although I am sure they would realise it was occupied if I weren't to pay my rent for the duration of my contract! The decline in quality of Jeffrey Ross over the past year has been remarkable. The letting was completed quickly and efficiently and a special thanks to Sian Griffiths who has been a pleasure to work with. I have tried other agents but have to say Jeffrey Ross have been, and still are, the number one letting agent for me. Well done and thanks.

Nothing wrong with the front of office however I would advise not to use there in house mortgage Advisor, I was given a person named John Lloyd Jones to deal with. Even though he was pleasant and friendly and seemed like he knew his stuff but did come across that it was only a hobby for him on the side due to him already being successful in other avenues of business, even so I still went ahead with home knowing trusting that if the agency uses him then he should know his stuff. I clearly stated to him I was a contractor knowing that not allMortgage companies deal contractor income however he used companies that deal with full time perm salaries such as Metro Bank etc. So initial friendly impression soon went out of the window, took my £450 wasted around 4 weeks and then told me he couldn’t do anything. I went to another independent mortgage advisor who sourced a mortgage for me through Nationwide. Great estate agents but my advice is to find your own mortgage advisor who go direct yourself as the guy they use doesn’t really care and isn’t as competent as he makes out.

GoogleIf you’re a student, please avoid this company and Ryan specifically at all costs. 0 issues in our house such as a damaged back gate (security risk) and a damaged and crumbling ceiling due to a shower leak were sorted in the year we lived there. Most recently they are avoiding our emails regarding the release of our deposits and refusing to even give us any information regarding it. Terrible Experience

GoogleVery good letting agency, the best we rented through in Cardiff. My wife and I had some trouble getting through to the maintenance team during the peak of the pandemic, but that's not an issue anymore. Dylan from the maintenance team immensely helped us sort the issues in our flat. He was very understanding of our circumstances and helped arrange the appointments and contractors in the most suitable way for us.

GoogleBy far the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with... Left it until the agreed letting date to conduct necessary safety checks on the property I was due to move into (they had over 3 and a half weeks to do this), after receiving no contact and being left in the dark all day despite multiple calls and emails, Jeffrey Ross reached out saying they we may not be able to move in that day.... The following day we received some long winded email explaining that the apartment had a serious and dangerous electrical fault and that they did everything they could, even though they likely knew about it weeks ago..... Please bare in mind we had arranged transport, removals and leaving our then accomodation for that day at the latest as Jeffrey Ross were fully aware... resulting in us encurring several charges and having to find somewhere to live on a few hours notice. Jeffrey Ross were kind enough to explain that it was our fault because until we sign the contract and pick up the keys we shouldn't have made any arrangements... even though we were assured it would all be sorted, when it wasn't, everybody at Jeffrey Ross seemed to vanish into thin air... after nothing but poor communication and shoddy customer service we didnt even get an apology rather excuses and recommendations for more expensive apartments (which they would work effortlessly to get me into) given the past experience not likely... Be wary of 5 star reviews, the vast majority are landlords who make very good money with Jeffrey Ross, you will find lots of reviews complaining about the communication and management of this company All of this could have been avoided with better communication and customer service, if we would have received fair notice and been kept in the loop we could have prepared for what was to come, instead of losing time and money.

GoogleGreat estate agent with a large numbers of buyers on their list. We had 15 viewings in one morning and sold the house in a couple of days. Jess, Sharon and Laura, who we mainly dealt with, were extremely efficient and friendly. In particular, they were proactive, rather than needing to be asked, chasing up all parties (including us!) to ensure we were all at where we needed to be.
