GoogleI bought flat from here. I was told to not look at the heater/gas, the estate agent actually closed the gas door. The first night I cooked my dinner then went to bed. I woke up because of the smell of gas. It wouldn't turn off , I had to shut it down from the mains. Darlows knew all of this. I could have died. When I went to complain they said I was overreacting.

I have recently chosen my new home and used the company for all of the necessities entailed with renting a new property. This can be a very stressful process, but today the entire affair was wrapped up very nicely as I had the pleasure of meeting with Sam McAllister. The manner in which he conducted our inventory etc was highly professional, and he went above and beyond to answer any questions and queries that I had. A very friendly, approachable and well informed man, who has overall left a fantastic impression on behalf of the company.
