i would advise anyone never ever use darlows as an estate agents they use bully boy tactics to try and get you to use their advisers then they bully and pester you to get the sale done as fast as possible They threaten you with putting house back on the market!! they go against every code of practice

Went to see a flat viewing and tried to contact 7 times saying that i wanted to rent the flat. I was told that someone would call me back but i was never contacted. I then saw that the flat was taken by checking rightmove. Very unprofessional and really bad communication

Great first impressions!!

I first started speaking with Nicole from the Merthyr branch of Darlows approximately 6-8 months ago with a view to buying a property and letting it out. Due to the pandemic and restictions, it has took much longer than I had hoped to secure a property, but I have been really grateful of the initial advice Nicole provided me with, and the advice given in relation to properties I have been considering, despite her knowing that I didnt have instant business to give to Darlows.
