Extremely unprofessional team it is. They just bothered about the payments and all once it’s all done you can’t reach them out. I shifted to a property on the 7th July, since then we are try to reach out to the agents because we have multiple concerns related to the property. And it’s been 10 days we are not able to reach out to them where they can get everything resolved. Every time you call them a different person picks phone, and if you ask them to speak to the specific person he/she is never available. Nobody has update on our concerns, they just keep dragging things saying you’ll get an update by tomorrow. Living in a property, were the washing machine and oven is not working, mattress is in extremely bad condition, taps keep leaking, and lot more, it is so impossible to survive. Am I paying the rent and bills to live in this condition. DARLOWS has the worst customer service, they do not care about their customers at all. Plus you can’t even reach out to the landlords, as you don’t get any information about them. It is so unfair on us, even after paying so much amount we don’t get anything.

Where do I start except… AVOID.!

Where do I start except… AVOID.!They were nothing but unhelpful when purchasing through them, advertised a property dimensions incorrect!Rhys, Adam & Matthew are completely incompetent.Won’t go in to it but most definitely wouldn’t sell or buy a property through Darlows Rumney or Darlows in General!We are currently in talks with our solicitors due to their awful service!

After our experience with darlows rumney would never sell or if could help it would avoid buying with them again. What should of been an exciting experience was nothing but stress. Felt completely disregarded and looked down at with certain issues that came up with buying our property. Would never take any responsibility and would pass all blame. We had a bespoke sofa made for the living room and had already spoke to darlows on the phone to triple check room measurements as we were not aloud in the property to check ourselves and no surprise the wrong measurements were given. And the dimensions are also wrong on there website with ment the sofa and to be sent back and we had to pay for the new sofa to be made smaller. (Can I add the dimensions we’re wrong by just under a foot) so many things to add but I haven’t got all night. Very disappointed with our experience

I have been on one heck of a journey with the Darlows Rumney team and they have been there with me for the whole rollercoaster of a very tricky chain. I'm particularly impressed with the support I've received from Tom. In the final weeks, he has: kept me updated at least once, often more, times a day (even when there weren't any), been my counsellor (it's been stressful), answered all my questions, chased up all my enquiries, and built such a good rapport with me that it feels like he's been a real friend in this hard won battle. Adam also did an amazing job when Tom wasn't available, and the rest of the team have been fantastic, too. We exchanged today, finally! I rarely write reviews but in this case, how can I not. We couldn't have got there without the outstanding efforts of this team. Thank you!
