I dealt with emma for the purchase of a property. Her attention to detail is amazing she kept me up to date on a regular basis with the progress of the house purchase and always replied to any queries i had. I have dealt with darlows in the past on the sale of a previous property and dont think id use anyone else for the sale of a property between emma and rhys (branch manager) they are a great team and id recommend them to everyone.

I am currently looking to move to a bungalow and have been made aware by the team at Darlows, Rumney of the properties currently available . Rachel has always been very helpful in arranging access to homes that match the criteria we have agreed upon and accompanying me during my visits. Although I have not been successful yet, I am sure that with the experience the team has in finding suitable properties, together with their ability to think outside the box, will ensure a successful outcome .

Meet with Rhys initially who was the manger of the branch all of the staff there were friendly and patient with me. Emma who dealt with the sale was amazing she was direct to the point and answered all of my questions promptly I did not have to chase her for anything and I did not feel pressurised either. The first sale fell through and another one was found very quickly if I sale again I would defiantly use Darlows again. Thank you for making my experience of sailing simple and quick.

We have recently decided to purchase our first house via Darlows Rumney branch and the service received has been excellent throughout the process. We were first guided through the process by Emma who explained the process as this was new to us and got our offer excepted within hours of going on sale. Any questions have been dealt with rapidly and with a personal approach to make you feel at ease. We have found Darlows to be efficient and extremely helpful right from the initial visit. We have had good lettings advice and they have kept up communication between us and the tenant. We found Sam McAllister to be so polite and friendly when we had a query the other day, he promptly phoned and asked how everything was going. The company staff seem to communicate with each other very well and messages always get where they’re supposed to go.

have been dealing with Darlows Rumney office to try and buy a property and after our initial meetings and dealings, how our feelings have changed!! nothing gets resolved as Darlows wont accept any responsibility for not issuing the correct instructions to the vendor at the offer stage so this has cost time, money and now ending up with us pulling out of the deal. not a happy Darlows Rumney customer and will not use Darlows Estate agents again!! avoid

Selling your home is one of the most stressful things most people have to deal with, that's certainly true. However the team at Darlows did everything they could to make my sale as easy as possible. I found all members involved in my sale to be courteous and patient and very helpful. When things were not going quite to plan and any uncertainties that I had were all addressed appropriately. Having bought my home through Darlows initially it seemed like the logical choice to select them as my agent to sell with. I am happy to say that was the right decision and a huge thanks to everyone involved at Darlows, to mention a few Rhys, Jamie and Shawna. Thank you all for your efforts.

Excellent service with just the right amount of information throughout. I sold my family home as a result of a bereavement. Rhys who undertook the evaluation was both sympathetic and professional going the extra mile to ensure that I was properly supported at that difficult time. From the very first meeting in the office, through the valuation process, house hunting, sales and purchase they have been excellent. I would particularly like to highlight the amazing service provided by Jamie Bolton who dealt with our purchase and sale. He was extremely polite, efficient, organised and reassuring at all times. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY - They are a fraud company that had caused ALOT of stress. They gave us the property in a bad condition, then after we left made claims over over £1,000 claiming that we had left a lot of damage. Save your money - honestly. They have no interest in agreeing anything or discussing things with the tenant. They also gave us a dishwasher that was almost broken down, it was so disgusting it was falling a part from the inside. They did not properly de-weed the property before they gave to us then tried to charge us for it knowing we could not return it without any weeds. It's been the absolute worst experience in my life.

Fantastic!

Fantastic!Michael and Trystram gave us an awsome service and a great experience in letting properties. Although we were dissapointed at one time when a landlord let us down, the letting team (Mike and tryst) kept us in the loop with other properties and found us a lovely home for my family and I in less than a week later. Darlows brynmawr !! Rubbish customer service!!

Would like to start off by saying that before we had the keys to our house, Darlows were very responsive to emails, calls and queries. On the other hand, ever since we have received the keys, anything that we have asked, we have been fobbed off or ignored. We were told that the property that we have purchased would have any rubbish removed before we received the keys, but we have just spent 2 days cleaning out the attic and separating the rubbish to be disposed and we haven’t even got round to the outhouse or shed, which are both filled to the brim with rubbish. When cleaning out the attic, we found evidence of drug use in the form of a “grow tent” and 2 sharps boxes (dirty needles). Luckily, we found these and not our young niece and nephew who were there and excited to help us with our new house. We have contacted Darlows on 3 separate occasions since we found out that the property was still full of rubbish, each time we have either been ignored or told that we would be passed on and then contacted, we have not been contacted once. We have also been told that our boiler is brand new, but the boiler started leaking as soon as we turned the water back on in the house and no the attic floor, along with the ceiling and wall in the master bedroom are soaked. All in all, I would like to say that since Darlows took our money, they have done nothing but make our lives harder with the contact issues and calls being ignored.
