Tristram gave us sound, practical advice to us as first time landlords and Emma was efficient when the tenants were found. Communication has been good considering the trying times we are in. We particularly like the emails that re iterate what has been discussed on the phone so that we have a record of events. Tayah has been pleasant and efficient.

I would like to thank every one at Darlows for their help so far in selling my property. My property was listed for a few weeks with another agent prior to Darlows with a few viewings here and there, however Darlows flooded me with viewings and most importantly offers which were exactly in line with their valuation. I special mention must go to Shauna who has not only kept me informed through each stage of the process but has also been fantastic at answering any queries I have. Would highly recommend Darlows to anyone looking on selling their home.

I bought a house through Darlows in March/April and was very happy with the Darlows Agent Rachel Addis. From offer acceptance to completion date was only 5 weeks and this was greatly aided by Rachel through her use of Email and chasing the sellers solicitor when they were being very slow. I do not have acess to my phone due to my occupation so this was a great asset. This was my first home purchace and I could not have found a better agent to deal with.

Met Emma where she took us on a guided tour of the locality and surrounding area. Visited various properties and had good reporte with her. As we are strangers, we found this very useful. We gave our opinions on each of the properties shown, to give Emma an idea of the type of property we are seeking. We like a particular property and hope for a second viewing. We are due to meet later in the week to view another house. Very impressed by the professionality shown.

Unfortunately we didn't purchase a property with Darlows. But the service we had was amazing! All the staff were nice. Especially a certain lady in question, Rachel Addis! She was so nice and helpful for us first time buyers like myself and my partner. Always quick with responding to emails and asked for long deep dives into what we're looking for in a property and why to help us find our best match. My partner is also heavily pregnant and we don't drive, so Rachel arranged another member of staff to provide us a lift for some properties and others where she showed us herself also offered lifts back. Even after we had made her aware we had an offer accepted by another company, she continued to email to see how the sale was going and to ask about my partner and baby. Yeahhh you could say that she has done all this to simply to ensure a good review, but even if that was the case, at the end of the day I still had amazing service! I couldn't recommend enough. Its just a shame we went elsewhere by sheer chance. They made our first time buyers experience to trouble at all. Thank you very much Rachel.

I recently sold my property through a more reputable agent. Since my house has been on the market and sold I have been bombarded with unwanted phone calls from Darlows. I’ve asked on three of these occasions to remove me from their call list and have been told they would do this, yet I continue to get calls. I’ve asked how they obtained my mobile phone number and was told I must have supplied it on their website. I’ve never been on their website. I have reported the GDPR breaches. I would not recommend this business as they clearly throw personal information around and can’t perform simple tasks. Very poor.

I was not looking forward to viewing properties as I know what the wife's like when shopping. The staff at rumney cardiff were very friendly, I met a lovely young lady along with my wife, who introduced herself as Emma. Withing five minutes I felt totally at ease and completely confident in her knowledge of realestate. A surprisingly stress free and (dare i say) enjoyable experience. I have dealt with darlows in the past on the sale of a previous property and dont think id use anyone else for the sale of a property between emma and rhys (branch manager) they are a great team and id recommend them to everyone.
