The service that I received at darlows was second to none especially from Emma, Rhys and Tara. As I currently work in the customer service sector I know how important it is to provide good customer service and provide customer satisfaction. Emma not only did this but also went above and beyond her current role as she not only kept me informed and updated on every aspect of my property, it made the whole experience a much smoother transition. Would highly recommend this estate agent and recognise emma as a great asset to the organisation

If I could score them a zero I would .been renting with the Albany rd branch for just over a year,they are wholly incompetent liars and their customer service is nothing short of shocking.Never answer phones don't respond to voicemail s or emails ! God help you if you need any repairs carrying out.AVOID

My brother and I rented a 2 bed flat…

My brother and I rented a 2 bed flat through Darlows for approximately one and a half years. The company were helpful, ensuring a easy move in. When the time came for us move out of the property I have to say Sam McAllister was extremely helpful. Whilst completing the end of tenancy inspection he was very friendly and informative explaining the process, which areas usually affect the tenants deposits, and which areas are usually a concern for the landlord. Sam continued to demonstrate utmost level of customer care by phoning and updating me personally on the status of my 'check out' and when I should expect to get my deposit back. I honestly couldn't sing the mans praises enough

This company is absolutely useless !

This company is absolutely useless !! We have been renting with darlows for just under a year when we originally put the offer in on the property it was on the grounds that it would be painted cleaned and all the nails and holes in the wall would be replaced/ repaired BEFORE WE MOVED IN as it was in a pretty bad state from the people before. instead of them getting this sorted before we moved in the day we picked up the keys we was told it had not been done yet, a year later they are asking us to sign for another year which there’s not a chance in hell I would do! It’s been a year and I have asked for an inventory several times as it is a legal document required for liability, every time I have tried to ask I have been ignored and they had the cheek to tell me next years rent will be going up the way this place is managed is horrific as soon as you have put ur deposit down and paid first month rent you will be ignored and left to your own devices. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly

Very sincere and helpful staff

Moving into a new house is never a simple affair and we did have some minor issues at the start of the tenancy (totally expected and normal), however, the team at Darlows have been very efficient in helping us to the best of their ability. Namely Sam Mcallister & his colleague Zara have been very good at helping us deal with any problems we've had so far. As a younger couple it certainly feels like the first time our concerns have been seriously addressed.

Gareth Coleman has been great throughout resolving a deposit dispute on a large HMO with 7 tenants.
