So I got out of the hell hole that was the house that I was renting from Darlows...Notice confirmed? Had to repeatedly call and email to get confirmation of receipt.Check out process? Clueless.Exit inspection? Had to chase.Confirmation of outcome of the exit inspection? Had to chase.Since I left the property they have been handing out my personal details to new utility companies for the house that I left two months ago!On top of that, our account wasn't closed properly and I was getting sent rent arrear letters after check out!I called property management 10 times, left 4 messages and sent 5 emails. No one responds!

On recently requesting a viewing of a property from the brynmawr branch upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely warm welcoming smile and a friendly young lady introducing herself as jessica which put us at ease immediately as viewings can be cold and clinical, we found jessica to be very honest and open in answering any questions put to her and very informative of the area, clearly proud of the area and passionate about her job, was a real pleasure, thankyou kindly jessica, highly recommend

From the viewings, through the offer process and onward to completion, both my parents and I found it easy to deal with Ben Scanlan, who sought updates from the vendors and communicated effectively and in a timely manner. They're happily settled in their new home.

They are unable to do a simple house viewing..... After the viewing appointment was confirmed twice they didn't show up at the house when we called them we were told the agent is on his way to the house ..... Guess what after half an hour still nothing 😂 after two phone calls turned out the first agent was lieing because no one was coming.... I guess it is a LITTLE BIT unprofessional.... Thanks for nothing.Keep up the good work 😉

We were interested in purchasing a house through the Rumney branch. However, during the initial viewing, the individual showing us the property came across as condescending and lacked knowledge about the property. Despite making an offer, we experienced weeks of being misled with little to no communication. We were passed from agent to agent, only to be informed in the end that they had chosen another buyer who supposedly was "better suited", despite their offer being lower than ours. We are hardworking, earnest individuals with excellent credit scores and are not part of a chain. I think they have been very unprofessional and potentially even biast. Disgraceful!!!

GoogleA few months back my business had a few issues that really benefited from an estate agent’s perspective. Lisa and the girls were so helpful and neighbourly that I just had to leave a review (even if it’s been so busy that I haven’t had time till now!). The only reason I haven’t given five stars to this amazing team is because I haven’t used their actual services in regards to renting/buying a property, but each of these four stars are for the outstanding customer service and community support they’ve given to my local independent business within the village. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

If I could score them a zero I would .been renting with the Albany rd branch for just over a year,they are wholly incompetent liars and their customer service is nothing short of shocking.Never answer phones don't respond to voicemail s or emails ! God help you if you need any repairs carrying out.AVOID
