FacebookZoe Moore is simply the best State Agent we have ever come across. She is very knowledgeable, on top of absolutely everything, very quick and efficient! We will be forever grateful to her contribution to the purchase of our new home.

Trustpilot10/10 - Zoe is a hero - Will use Bear next time we move
We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Bear Estate Agents. We had a complex chain to navigate, and without Zoe it simply wouldn’t have exchanged. She went above and beyond to help us overcome multiple hurdles, and she was a genuine pleasure to work with throughout. We’re so grateful for everything she did, I’m convinced enough to name all my future children Zoe… even the boys. ❤️

TrustpilotBig Thank You to Helen
The purchase would not have completed if not for Helen at Bear Estate agents!!! She was in constant contact and chasing all solicitors in the chain. This was a very challenging purchase to get to completion. I am very grateful to Helen for her support and constant chasing along the chain. Well over and above what would be expected.

GoogleIncredible service from Caina at Bear Lettings in Southend. I was surprisingly impressed with her restorative skills. Supporting to implement and resolve an issue with Tenants. With appreciated listening skills and heard my concerns and Caina presented in a diplomatic manner the Tenants issue. Also displaying empathy for me as a Landlord. The issues were resolved effectively and efficiently a resolution achieved!!

His communication skills were second to none, keeping us informed every step of the way and making the entire process as smooth as possible. GoogleI was very pleased with the care and service I received from Bear while searching for my new home. They were always quick to respond and accommodate my requests- as a buyer unfamiliar with the area they showed me a great range of properties and were very patient with my questions. I would recommend them for any first time seller, especially Jamie who went above and beyond.
