Hi Gary, so sad you didn’t feel able to contact us about your disappointment rather than leaving this poor review. Our agents were in contact with you and told you that there were already offers on the properties and the vendor would decide if more viewings were necessary. Bear is here to sell properties and abide by the wishes of our vendors and cannot do more than that. Bear

Highly recommend Bear Estates.

I found them to be so very friendly and efficient, always keeping me up to date with what was happening. In all my years and many house sales and purchase, I have never had such a great experience. So I highly recommend Bear Estates..especially at Leigh on Sea branch. Brilliant people.
