Abysmal Performance

I registered with this agent and viewed a property, there was an anomaly on the lease, I asked the agent and he said he would get back to me. I heard nothing. They advertised another property and I organised a viewing with them. I turned up, they didnt, I phoned and the appointment was for the NEXT WEEK! They did not make that clear, and were unconcerned. Said they sent me a text. Never have had such bad service from any estate agent.

Communication is abysmal.

I was buying a home being sold by Bear (Leigh On Sea offices) and want to warn anyone else that their communication is absolutely dire. In the end I contacted the seller directly as Megan never returned my emails or calls. Abysmal.

As buyers we will never deal with Bear Estate Agents again. We were interested in a property and wanted to view it a second time with a view to making an offer, but were consistently fobbed off. By the time we were able to make contact with Bear about the delay, the house had been sold behind our backs and another offer accepted. We were very upset and feel that Bear were evasive about the true situation. How do the vendors know that we would not have made a better offer? Well they will never know now. Sellers beware!

Kyle from Bear was the estate agent responsible for the property which we have just bought. From the initial conversation , to the viewing he was friendly and informative. However it was after our offer was accepted that he came into his own. Due to our conveyancers not talking to each other the purchase started to be delayed unnecessarily. Kyle acted as liaison between both sides ensuring a simple sale , and we cannot thank him enough! Definately recommended

Poor customer service

Poor customer service and very rude. I was trying to sell/let a property through Bear Estate Agents Southend and between them they demonstrated a lack of knowledge of any property related matters on all fronts. Then of course they come up with a myriad of excuses as to why other than the reality that they are incompetent. Use at your peril.
