GoogleI've recently SOLD with Bear. I can fully recommend them, I found the entire team to be enthusiastic. Prompt responses, proactive contact and they kept in touch and kept the sale on track throughout the covid19 lockdown period. Excellent value for money with a personal touch.

I was buying a home being sold by Bear (Leigh On Sea offices) and want to warn anyone else that their communication is absolutely dire. In the end I contacted the seller directly as Megan never returned my emails or calls. Abysmal.

GoogleGreat experience with Bear from the first phone call to exchange. Wayne, Frank and Helen have been great and completely changed our minds about estate agents. From the first phone call to the last congratulating us on exchange they have been a great help especially in dealing with some frustrating situations. Bear have sold our property and sold us our new property. Would not hesitate to recommend Bear or go to them in the future if we find ourselves in the same position. Thanks again, Sam & Mike

GoogleAs buyers we will never deal with Bear Estate Agents again. We were interested in a property and wanted to view it a second time with a view to making an offer, but were consistently fobbed off. By the time we were able to make contact with Bear about the delay, the house had been sold behind our backs and another offer accepted. We were very upset and feel that Bear were evasive about the true situation. How do the vendors know that we would not have made a better offer? Well they will never know now. Sellers beware!

GoogleKyle from Bear was the estate agent responsible for the property which we have just bought. From the initial conversation , to the viewing he was friendly and informative. However it was after our offer was accepted that he came into his own. Due to our conveyancers not talking to each other the purchase started to be delayed unnecessarily. Kyle acted as liaison between both sides ensuring a simple sale , and we cannot thank him enough! Definately recommended

Poor customer service and very rude. I was trying to sell/let a property through Bear Estate Agents Southend and between them they demonstrated a lack of knowledge of any property related matters on all fronts. Then of course they come up with a myriad of excuses as to why other than the reality that they are incompetent. Use at your peril.
