GoogleHaven’t not moved for 27 years we were nervous about the prospect of moving , but we shouldn’t of ever worried the staff were truly amazing and supportive and kept us informed at all times . Wouldn’t think twice of using them again . Exceptional Estate Agents .

If I could give them no stars I would. They are a terrible company. I have been living in a rental flat with mould growing that was proven to be due to the lack of heating in the property yet they have offered no apology and didn’t care that we were freezing during the winter months

Terrible service, broken promises, dishonest and inexperienced staff. They promised a quick sale but it took 9 months. This was without a doubt the most stressful times using an estate agent. I will never ever use them again!

Greedy dishonest people. Couldn’t sell my property for a year. But after canceling my contract and selling privately they send me a bill saying that I’m liable to pay there fee as I sold too quickly after therefore must have negotiated whilst still in contract. Avoid at all costs, if I had not had the foresight to check the boiler before I turned it on in the property I had just moved in to. There would be 3 dead people. The staff are awful with little knowledge and simply bump you from department to department

They won't return my deposit because they closed there Margate branch office due to covid-19 and i couldn't get hold of anybody so my notice was late and they are keeping the deposit. GoogleOne very satisfied tenant. Our boiler died leaving us with no hot water or heating. With in a week the new system had been ordered and installed and the contractors stayed until late so as we had hot water for our children's bath. Cannot fault the service provided by Mann and Co Canterbury. Keep up the good work

Terrible agent. Accepted an offer from us and played us along. Utterly misleading and dishonest. Avoid. Would never get involved with them again on any property.
