One of the worst estate agents I have ever encountered. I was given an appointment to view a property, but a day before, I received a message stating that it's sold. Despite that, I received another call seven days later, claiming the same property is back on the market and scheduling a second appointment. I requested an early appointment, but they couldn't accommodate due to the landlord's unavailability, forcing me to reschedule other commitments, including childcare. To my dismay, I received a call on the same day of the viewing, informing me that the property is now sold. Beware of this estate agent if you're selling your house; their professionalism is questionable.

Googlei cannot describe in words how poor mann lettings are in every aspect. mushroom growing in my room, so so unclean and mucky upon moving into the property. their employees for customer service are so mind numbingly dumb and useless at even the most basic things. REPEATED problems EVERY SINGLE month of receiving calls (from someone who can barely speak English) about underpayment, overpayment, missed payments, etc. When we paid every month. i said to him "is that including the November rent?" twice, and then he hung up on me.
my ending description of mann lettings is: money grabbing, pathetic, dumb, useless, stress provoking, uncaring, disgraceful company that shouldn't be allowed to exist. I will never use them again.

GoogleCanterbury office has still not supplied a key for our son renting from them over 5 months ago. Very poor service even since we have become involved not returning calls or emails and acting to provide the key as promised!

Update- keys were provided yesterday only to discover that neither fitted the room or the front door of the property !!.
On a visit to the agent last night keys were promised today but no contact from the agents or customer service......
How can you rent a house for £500 a month yet not be given any keys ??!!
