As a new tenant, I have been really impressed with the service and professionalism shown by Jess and Lee, who worked extremely hard to help me get the right property and tenancy agreement for me.
They kept me up to date throughout the whole process and the turn around from viewing to moving in was incredible and I cant thank them enough for all their efforts.
The whole process has been incredible and, the moving in gift was a lovely token.

I don’t even know where to start with this review.
We are currently in the process of buying a property with this company through their office in Sydenham. I say that, but they seem to have put the property we have had an offer accepted on (i.e. sold subject to contact) back on the market. They haven’t told us about this. As it has not been advertised as sold subject to contract, we will find out where we stand legally and take action.
Originally, we had also put our property up for sale with them. We found the branch manager (and her assistant) at the time to have been upfront, efficient and responsive. Since both have left the company, our dealings with Mann have been nothing short of exceedingly poor. From being lied to about how many people were booked in for viewings for our property, to receiving calls for viewings months after we had accepted an offer to sell it, Mann have demonstrated anything but professionalism.
For me, they have zero idea what they’re doing, and their communication skills render newborn babies speechless.
Now that the property we were hoping to buy is back on the market (behind our backs), this would suggest that Mann are also untrustworthy.
Steer clear would be my advice.

If you are a landlord, do not let this company manage your property! They take 10% of your rent for doing nothing. You often have to chase them for payment. They seem to pay when they want and the amount they want. They are so frustrating to deal with. They use over priced tradesmen (or mark up the costs on work that needs doing). A weight has been lifted now I do not have to deal with them anymore.

GoogleAbsolutely horrific company. I rented a property for a year from them and it was in a shocking state when I moved in- filthy dirty, lots of things were broken including the washing machine and the only toilet. Throughout the whole 12 month contract these things were never sorted and I was just fobbed off by everyone and nobody cared one bit about my kids and my safety and just wanted their extortionate rent each month. I had to clean, fix and redecorate everything myself and pay for it all. Disgraceful and extremely rude.
