GoogleAn amazing letting agency. We just rented a flat in the area. Mr Antoniou was our letting negotiator. He took us through all of the steps with professionalism and honesty. He has been extremely helpful and he dealt with any matters we had. Every time we needed something we called him and he dealt with it immediately.I would definitely recommend Alex Neil and Mr Antoniou.

GoogleFacts to be stated here first: Alex Neil found a buyer for my one bed flat within 5 weeks, with a reasonable price in this challenging housing market in London. The postcode of my flat is E3 3DT. After meeting with the manager Georgia at the end of July 2021, I decided to switch to Alex Neil from another rubbish agency, which wasted me nearly 11 weeks. The delicate sales team sent Augusta to responsible for finding a buyer and arranging for viewing etc. She managed to find a buyer for me after 5 viewings during August. In addition, the team sent a 'sales coordinator' to facilitate the sales process. To contact the seller's solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the buyer and the seller to speed up the process. In my opinion, the manager Georgia is honest and can give constructive suggestions. And Augusta is working tirelessly all the time. This team will always try their best to find a buyer for anybody who is really want to sell his/her property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTried to sell my apartment through Alex Neil and I would not recommend. They're all about volume, getting as many people as possible to view your property but it's always a different agent who knows nothing about the property. Some of the buyers don't seem to know anything about the property either, feels like a waste of everyone's time. Their comms is pretty bad too, only responded quick when we first reached out to them but afterwards that declined, we wouldn't get updates, had to chase after every viewing, you tell one person something and that information is never ever passed onto other agents. They couldn't sell our apartment for 6 months, we stopped advertising with them and sold within 2 months via a different estate agency.

We bought a property through them and it was one of the worst experiences we've had. The estate agent didn't know anything about the property when we initially visited, hid information from us, mislead us throughout the whole process and offered no support whatsoever. All the care about is the money and they'll hide information from you in order to make as much as possible. The estate agent would not show up for appointments and their manager was rude and unprofessional. I tried getting in touch with their head office, but the area manager is equally rude and incompetent. When dealing with the office manager (Matteo) he was pushy and unprofessional. They really ruined what should had been an exciting process for us, will never use them and I highly advise against doing so.

We recently sold our flat through Alex Neil Canary Wharf, and were very happy with the service. We had previously listed with another agent who had multiple viewings, but we never got an offer. Within less than 2 weeks of the property being listed with Alex Neil, we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately that fell through, but we quickly got another offer. Alex Neil did a great job with the marketing and viewings. It was not a straightforward sale, but Maciej and Georgia did everything they could to get it over the line. We are so grateful it all worked out in the end!
