Brilliant service from Charlotte wild from Lettings she was always very helpful very friendly always called or messaged me back when she said she would very reliable and she didn’t send me any unnecessary properties that weren’t suitable for me she has found me a lovely place to live now and has helped me with everything I would highly recommend Charlotte and Romans to help and assist you when looking for a property to rent. Five stars, excellent service. We came to Romans needing a property ASAP as a previous rental agreement had fallen through and not only did they find us a lovely home within a week, they were informative and efficient the whole way through. Our estate agent Shevaughn was lovely, professional and made the whole moving process very easy. Would definitely recommend.

I've rented an apartment with them. 2 days before the keys needed to be picked up (deposit, first month paid, contract signed) they said I can no longer move in as they sold the apartment. I had to go through the Property Ombursman to receive any compensation. Scammers.
