GoogleI have let my property via Romans for a number of years. I have been very satisfied with the tenants they found and I received excellent customer service. Especially from Charlotte Wild who is very professional, helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with. She answers any correspondence promptly and keeps me updated. I really appreciate her efficient and friendly manner..

GooglePhoned to book a viewing - they were very interested until I mentioned my new born - suddenly he no longer had properties available and was in a hurry to get off phone.. pure discrimination..

GoogleGreat Lettings portfolio! However the ridiculously strict criteria to be able to rent a property means that I was told I had to raise 6 months rent, deposit and agreement fee's! They do not look at personal circumstances just a tick box!

She demonstrated her professionalism and delivering excellent service attitude throughout the property searching and documentation follow up. GoogleHuge fees amount and they will take more money from you after your check-out.... I read all the reviews here and you can clearly see that most of them are fake. I agree with one post saying that Romans doesn't conduct its business with its tenants best interest in mind. It is all about money... Avoid!
