GoogleWe started renting with Romans two weeks ago. Overall we were happy with the service we received - Courtney in particular was fantastic and we could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had all the information we needed and really went above and beyond to solve some of the issues we had.

GoogleI have purchased and put up houses for sale with the Camberley Branch. The Sales team there are most professional and easy to work with. They are efficient, hard working and trustworthy. I would highly recommend anyone to use Sean Egan and his team for sale or purchase over other agents in the area.

GoogleWe rented a property with Romans and had a few issues which never got resolved. The worst of which was the lift breaking down 2 months before we were due to move from the top floor of an apartment complex. Not Romans fault but when I reported it to them, I never even got a response. Poor customer service.

GoogleI'm seriously impressed with this Estate Agent (I'm a landlord of 15 yrs with property around the country). They clearly have the trust in their prospective tenants to be able to place them with rental property. Our property was accurately valued , photographed, listed and rented within hours to a quality tenant. Great work in the background by Tom Sanderson. I will always use this branch for future lettings.

GoogleI had a viewing today for one of their advertised properties, and no one was there on arrival. I tried calling the estate agent numerous times to no avail. Save yourselves the petrol and energy and find someone else who actually attends the viewing.

GoogleThere were too many people to deal with when you go through a new tenant.
Hi Michael thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I’m sorry that I haven’t been able to respond to this review sooner. It’s a shame to hear that you felt you had to deal with a lot of people when a new tenancy was being set up, here at Romans the initial stages of the application are dealt with at branch as they conduct viewings and discuss offers but the remainder of the process is then dealt with by our move management team located at our head office. We find that having a designated department to deal with this helps make the process more straightforward at times but are sorry that in your experience this hasn’t been the case. We’re always looking at ways of improving our service and thank you for your feedback. GoogleStay away from this letting agent ! This is by far the worst letting agent I have anything to do with. They are dishonest, don’t respect you as a tenant and try and get you to pay extra cash - coming up with numerous imaginary reasons as to why ... don’t waste your time , money and energy with them !
