GoogleWe used Martin and Co when looking to buy a new house. Their communication was excellent as was their timekeeping and availability when looking to view properties. We found our new house through them and Tamara was incredibly understanding and helpful when the purchase got a little tricky towards the end. She reassured us and kept us informed, and got involved when necessary to help the purchase go through smoothly. Would definitely recommend them to others and would happily use them again.

After phoning up the Bury St Edmunds team to see if there was anything suitable they promptly described our new home. We found our perfect property before it had even gone to market which was a real plus. GoogleVery happy experience working with Martin and Co ,Tamara was brilliant, not pushy, listened to what we wanted and worked at the pace we needed/wanted to go at. We all went on a journey that was a pleasant experience, all staff we had contact with were very professional and did what was asked of them. Our sale was cleverly marketed and sold quickly and even though our purchase changed, the team were flexible enough to work with us to bring us through to the point of completion. It is because of her that the sale went through, she was tireless in striving to get the best price for me as well as chasing other estate agents and solicitors. When she was not available Ellie stepped very ably into the fray. It was obvious that they knew my house and talked regularly about it. I cannot recommend Martin and Co highly enough. Absolutely fantastic, leaving other estate agents in their wake and showing them how it should be done!

GoogleWhen I first moved to the UK, I looked at Bury. St. Edmunds as my first choice to move into because I found a really nice property on "Right Move UK", but it wasn't just the place that I loved about it. Soon as I walked in, the whole team gave me a warm welcome and answered any questions I had! The individual who showed me my place, John Arnold, went above and beyond what was required. Any time I had an issue, whether it was water or heating, he came on by and helped me sort it out. It's not about the stuff or places you go, but the people you encounter and John Arnold did a grand job on making me feel welcomed to the UK!
