I was relocating to Bury St Edmunds from Essex and really needed an agent who would help me to rent in the first instance and then buy the right property for me and my family. He very carefully and respectfully supported me to see what was available and importantly what would not be suitable for my lifestyle. This saved a lot of time and wasted effort. (other agents were not always as helpful or honest) Shaun went the extra mile showing me three properties in succession on one occasion, taking many detours around the town to do so.
