I was relocating to Bury St Edmunds from Essex and really needed an agent who would help me to rent in the first instance and then buy the right property for me and my family. From the word go Shaun was highly focused and took the time to find out my needs, so he could search to find me the best home possible. He very carefully and respectfully supported me to see what was available and importantly what would not be suitable for my lifestyle. This saved a lot of time and wasted effort. (other agents were not always as helpful or honest) Shaun went the extra mile showing me three properties in succession on one occasion, taking many detours around the town to do so. I would recommend him to support any homebuyer or someone looking to rent because you will know for certain that integrity is at the top of his list and he genuinely wants to help you get it right.
