GoogleThis is the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with,they take your holding deposit and refuse to refund it and they are so unprofessional and rude and have absolutely no professional skills. I sent them every piece of evidence stating what they needed to know and they still said it's not good enough! I am a single occupant and a nurse and I get treated like utter rubbish because I'm single and doing it alone. Would not reccomned them.

Dear Jehan, it is always disappointing when an application for tenancy does not succeed: we share this disappointment as well as we recommend the application to the landlord. Unfortunately for your application the referencing process flagged difficulties for Landlord to proceed including existing tenancy not ending until next February. As tenancies are subject to referencing in our agency and subject to contract under UK Law the application could not proceed
