From searching for the right house to settling in, they have been extremely prompt and helpful in answering all our inquiries. The process was smooth because of the customer service they provided. They manage the property we chose to live in and have been on point with all concerns we have had. Specifically Sara, who manages the work orders and communicates directly with the landlord on our behalf, she has provided the best customer service with prompt actions and responses. We would have been lost without her continued assistance. We appreciate all this company has done!

We have used the lettings and sales service and find both equally efficient. We have been really pleased by the length of time it has taken to find reliable tenants and purchasers for a couple of properties we recently sold were found within the first 24 hours of them going onto the market.

GoogleExcellent estate agents, recently sold a house through Martin and Co and as soon as it was in their hands I felt incredibly comfortable and that we were with the right company. The people who dealt with the sale directly were always brilliant, offering sensible, measured advice and willing to help with anything at anytime. In fact all staff members that I had contact with were very helpful and polite nothing was ever too much effort. Highly recommend.

We were given very good advice when setting up a buy to let, they always found us tenants quickly and the property management team always kept us fully informed. GoogleI applied house for rent and all documents i provide and advance also but at the moment they said sorry without reason . Hate this service guys don’t recommend this .
Dear Nisha, it is always disappointing when an application for tenancy does not succeed: we share this disappointment as well as we recommend the application to the landlord. Unfortunately for your application the referencing process flagged difficulties for Landlord to proceed including existing tenancy not ending until next February. As tenancies are subject to referencing in our agency and subject to contract under UK Law the application could not proceed

GoogleMy experience of Martin & Co was very professional, efficient and impressive. They kept me well informed right the way through the marketing and sale process. As I don't live close to the property they were very able and willing to help out with local issues that I couldn't deal with because of my proximity to the property, this was a great help to me. The sale was coordinated and progressed very efficiency.

GoogleHaving not moved for 28 years it was a bit like being first time buyers all over again. But with Rachel 'holding our hands' through the process it was very easy. She kept us well informed on an almost weekly basis of what was happening with the whole chain, without it feeling like she was constantly on the phone. I would highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone else looking to move properties.

Tamara particularly ensured that the process went smoothly, and helped get things moving when issues like the conveyances delayed for no particular reason. Hopefully we won’t have any issues requiring us to move soon, but if we do, we will certainly get in touch with the team at Martin & Co.
