GoogleWe were tenants for 5 years. Matt, Macy and Hannah have always been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them as a managing agent. We always felt listened to and taken seriously. We were also lucky to have such nice landlords as well. All round, a very good experience.

GoogleCurrent: the team found me another great tenant in record time - thanks v much!! Previous: Hannah, Divine, Matt and the rest of the team were fantastic. Within an hour of me asking for a rental valuation on a generic site, they had come round to value the flat,. They gave really good feedback on prospective tenants, and I had excellent tenants move in within 3 weeks. Couldn't recommend them more!

GoogleI previously wrote a review about Northwood Bristol in a negative way about damage being caused to my property. Since then they have rectified the situation and gone over and above what I expected of them. They listened to my complaint and I have been given my property back in A1 condition. I have now concluded business with them and am relieved it has all been dealt with and I can move on.

I have a long association with Northwoods first as agents a property I was letting and then as agents the sale of the same property. They have always been excellent; responsive to enquiries, friendly and approachable and highly professional. Matthew, who handled the sale of the house went well beyond what would normally be expected of an estate agent (arranging things to be cleared, disconnecting appliances, arranging repairs etc) and made the whole process so much smoother than it might otherwise have been. I would have no hesitation in recommending the whole team.

GoogleNorthwood is the first estate agents we've dealt with that we have come out of with an overwhelmingly positive experience. We really enjoyed our viewing was really friendly, approachable, and felt personal. The way the applicants are picked feels more personal which we liked as feeling like a number can become quite demeaning. Following being accepted all information was clear and responses were quick! We would definitely choose to use Northwood again when our tenancy ends!

GoogleWe moved into a flat in Central Bristol just over two weeks ago now, and Northwood have been very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. They are prompt with communication and will do anything they can to make your move easier for you! The online service they offer for maintenance requests is also really useful. Would definitely recommend!
