GoogleHannah was very relaxed and approachable when we were finding tenants for our flat. It was not straightforward but she put in the time and effort and found us tenants by the deadline. Both her and Divine were very helpful. We will use them again.

Matthew conducted the negotiations carefully and was able overcome the inevitable hiccups that occur in the sales market. GoogleI previously wrote a review about Northwood Bristol in a negative way about damage being caused to my property. Since then they have rectified the situation and gone over and above what I expected of them. They listened to my complaint and I have been given my property back in A1 condition. I have now concluded business with them and am relieved it has all been dealt with and I can move on.

I have a long association with Northwoods first as agents a property I was letting and then as agents the sale of the same property. They have always been excellent; responsive to enquiries, friendly and approachable and highly professional. Matthew, who handled the sale of the house went well beyond what would normally be expected of an estate agent (arranging things to be cleared, disconnecting appliances, arranging repairs etc) and made the whole process so much smoother than it might otherwise have been. I would have no hesitation in recommending the whole team.
