Really nice estate agent to deal with. Friendly, communicative and proactive when it came to nudging things along. We had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Walker, who despite being our vendors’s agent and not ours, kept in touch with us throughout proceedings and helped to navigate a few challenges within the chain. To top things off we were given a lovely home made Victoria sponge cake when collecting the keys which gave us and our removals guys a much needed boost in the second half of moving day!

Top quality service from beginning to end! I unequivocally recommend RH for many reasons; here are just a few from a recent property sale: 1. An assigned individual followed through the entire transaction. 2. Always contactable, they always answer the phone. If necessary, they arranged call back, and always followed through with the return call. 3. Maintained effective lines of communication with the purchaser. 4. Offered very helpful advice when dealing with the purchaser’s “on-line” conveyancers who made the whole process unnecessarily complicated and protracted.

Peter Sharland and the whole team have gone above and beyond throughout our house sale. Always available and extremely professional. I can’t recommend this estate agents enough. Massively incompetent Estate Agents! I booked to view a property on line which was confirmed via email. To ensure it was scheduled in, my partner also called the Agents to confirm. On the day of the viewing, no one turned up. Called office to ask what was happening and they said that they had no record of our booking! Our confirmation booking stated that a Gentleman called Alex Wells would be showing us around, they had no knowledge of this person. Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing'!

Most importantly they understand that the job isn't even half done at the point when you agree your sale or purchase. Our purchase was handled by Peter Walker and he was really knowledgeable about the area, the house and was just so helpful throughout the purchase. We met several other members of the Richard Harding team and they were all really good too. Great communication and personable people, everyone of them. It will be a while before we come to sell our great new house, but when we do we will be straight over to Richard Harding as our first port of call.
