GoogleI recently sold a flat using Richard Harding. I found the service exceptional - highly responsive, spot on with valuation, pro-active in chasing completion. I dealt with James Faloon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and this agent.

GoogleHaving been searching for a house in Bristol for over a year, I have seen many many houses with all of the local agents. Richard Harding stood out on every visit. Every single member of staff has been so incredibly professional, efficient and kind. All very ‘un estate agent reputation’ types of people. Every single member of staff worked hard to meet my needs with viewings at difficult times, or changing my needs. Nobody ever displayed irritation with my demands. I know I have not been an easy client! Thank you so much to the incredible team. If anyone is thinking of selling or buying, I cannot recommend this agent enough. They really are miles ahead of all of the rest, it is a totally different personalised service! So much so, we are looking forward to inviting the whole office to a drinks party at the house we bought from them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought a house recently which Richard Harding were selling. We had a great experience with them. Throughout our house search we always left viewings with Richard Harding thinking what a great company they were and we're so glad we had their team to deal with through the ups and downs of our purchase. Thankyou!

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with the service we received from Richard Harding in general and from Peter Sharland in particular. Overall communication and attention to detail were excellent. We felt as though we received a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. Positive without being full of blarney. Charming without being smarmy. We would definitely use Richard Harding again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy wife & I would thoroughly recommend Richard Harding, they are personable, professional & efficient - We recently bought a new house & sold our old house within 5 days, after one of their staff remembered that we had made an offer on a house nearly 3 years ago - they called us & we looked at the house the next day & then after we had made an offer they proceeded to contact some clients they had on file & sold our house. What a fantastic service!

GoogleMy husband and I viewed a number of houses with Richard Harding estate agents. I found the communication around booking viewings and making an offer was excellent. In particular when making a best and final offer, we were provided with clear deadlines and instructions, which made the stressful process easy to manage. For each viewing the agents were impeccable and extremely knowledgeable about the property, answering every question we had. What I truly liked was the fact that you were not rushed in a property viewing, you had the time to really look at the property and decide whether or not it was for you, which is imperative especially when trying to purchase a property in a highly competitive market place. In my opinion Richard Harding is unrivalled in the Bristol area.

GoogleIntegrity and professionalism thriving here. Having dealt with another local agent who conformed with many of the negative stereotypes over a purchase that fell through, our faith was throughly restored with a very smooth transaction managed by the Richard Harding team. Very refreshing to find a house through RH.

They gave the impression that they genuinely cared, took immense pride in their work, demonstrated expertise, and went out of their way to be helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Kat (and Peter and Leslie and Neil ans Ben and Stephanie and Sarah and anyone from Richard Harding that I ever encountered...) - thank you so so very much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRecently sold a flat with Richard Harding Estate agents and viewed several properties with them - hands down the best estate agent in Bristol !! Everyone in the office was helpful and professional and a pleasure to deal with. They competitively priced the property and managed several bids fairly and consistently - they also hand held the new first time buyer through the whole process. I do not normally write reviews.

GoogleI was fortunate enough to have sold my flat through Richard Harding and to have bought my onward purchase through Richard Harding. Having dealt with estate agents in the past, I can honestly say that Richard Harding are a breath of fresh air in comparison to other agents and I will always instruct them as my agent if I am living in the area.

GooglePeter Walker and all at Richard Harding couldn't have been more helpful during the whole process of selling our house from the very start to the finish. Strange times during covid but they were always in contact, productive, honest and professional. They're in danger of giving estate agents a good name!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
