The service we received from Peter and all of the team at Richard Harding was not only polite and efficient but we also felt they went the extra mile to ensure we were kept informed when there were challenges during the sale process. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleReally nice estate agent to deal with. Friendly, communicative and proactive when it came to nudging things along. We had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Walker, who despite being our vendors’s agent and not ours, kept in touch with us throughout proceedings and helped to navigate a few challenges within the chain. To top things off we were given a lovely home made Victoria sponge cake when collecting the keys which gave us and our removals guys a much needed boost in the second half of moving day!

GoogleTop quality service from beginning to end! I unequivocally recommend RH for many reasons; here are just a few from a recent property sale: 1. An assigned individual followed through the entire transaction. 2. Always contactable, they always answer the phone. If necessary, they arranged call back, and always followed through with the return call. 3. Maintained effective lines of communication with the purchaser. 4. Offered very helpful advice when dealing with the purchaser’s “on-line” conveyancers who made the whole process unnecessarily complicated and protracted.

It’s the little thoughtful things they do, liking coming back on a Sunday to do a photo of the house in the sun. If I was ever selling a house in Bristol again I wouldn’t even phone another estate agents for a quote, I would use Richard Harding with no hesitation at all.
