GooglePeter Sharland and the whole team have gone above and beyond throughout our house sale. Always available and extremely professional. I can’t recommend this estate agents enough. It’s the little thoughtful things they do, liking coming back on a Sunday to do a photo of the house in the sun. If I was ever selling a house in Bristol again I wouldn’t even phone another estate agents for a quote, I would use Richard Harding with no hesitation at all.

GoogleMassively incompetent Estate Agents! I booked to view a property on line which was confirmed via email. To ensure it was scheduled in, my partner also called the Agents to confirm. On the day of the viewing, no one turned up. Called office to ask what was happening and they said that they had no record of our booking! Our confirmation booking stated that a Gentleman called Alex Wells would be showing us around, they had no knowledge of this person. Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing'!

GoogleOur particular property was out of the ordinary for the area and they 'got it' and promoted it as such.Having then achieved a sale above the asking price within 24 hrs of going 'live' ,they then managed our buyer, the solicitors and kept us fully informed during the whole process. The Staff are very experienced and professional and it shows. We have bought and sold 9 houses previoously and have never received this level of service before. GoogleFrom start to finish, the service provided by Richard Harding Estate Agents, and particularly partner Peter Sharland, was superb, They are totally professional in their approach to advising on sale price and marketing your property, helped by having the best contacts list in the area. Most importantly they understand that the job isn't even half done at the point when you agree your sale or purchase. They go above and beyond in keeping communication open between the buyer and vendor and their solicitors, helping smooth over the inevitable difficulties, and getting you to exchange and completion as quickly and with as little stress as possible. I wouldn't consider another agent in this area.

GoogleWe purchased a house and Richard Harding was the vendor's agent. Our purchase was handled by Peter Walker and he was really knowledgeable about the area, the house and was just so helpful throughout the purchase. We met several other members of the Richard Harding team and they were all really good too. Great communication and personable people, everyone of them. It will be a while before we come to sell our great new house, but when we do we will be straight over to Richard Harding as our first port of call.

GoogleRichard Harding was strongly recommended to me by two friends in the property business and were absolutely first class. Peter Walker handled the sale of our house and his communication, advice and support was excellent from start to finish. I found his initial (extensive) briefing particularly helpful and that discussion set the tone for the whole sale process. He had a good relationship with ourselves and with the buyer and so was able to steer us through the inevitable issues that crop up along the way, with minimum fuss and stress for everyone involved. Put simply, we all trusted Peter to get us to a fair outcome, which is what happened.

GoogleI Cannot recommend Richard Harding enough. They do not simply act as a post box like so many other estate agents. They worked really hard to close the deal and advise on negotiations and they know the market inside out. Trustworthy, responsive and good value. Would use no one else.

GoogleA truly impressive company which I would warmly recommend to anyone! Absolutely head and shoulders above other firms, all of the agents who showed us around houses were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we always received prompt replies to any queries they could not answer on site. A special mention for Peter Sharland who first showed us our dream home, and who made the whole process of buying it as painless as possible. Peter stayed in touch at every stage, always proactive, problem solving and with great communication skills, he really made us feel as though ours was the only purchase he was dealing with!
