GoogleWe recently used Richard Harding to sell a property and were really pleased with the level of service, knowledge and guidance provided. Peter and his colleagues kept us well-informed of developments throughout and in a timely manner so that potential hurdles and issues could be navigated earlier, making the whole process less stressful as a result. From offer to completion was just over 12 weeks which in the current climate is good going! Many thanks to Peter and all of the team.

Peter Sharland and his team were excellent from start to finish. Knowlegable, realistic and authoritative, very good communicators. Not pushy at all and listened to what we needed from the sale. GoogleWe sold our house and bought our new home with Richard Harding in BS9. We were impressed with Pete Walker and his colleagues. We were well supported with both the sale and purchase. There were hiccups, but all were sorted in large part due to Pete’s guidance and knowledge. We are happy with our new home but if we were to ever move again then it would be with Richard Harding.

We had a single agent (shout out to Ben for spectacular work) assigned to the property which meant consistent support all the way through a difficult process. We were first time buyers in the Bristol market and quite frankly the level of care in finding a property, bidding, and conveyancing was far beyond our expectations. We are supremely grateful for the hard work that was put into this, and support we received through it.

GoogleWe sold our property with Peter Walker (and various of his colleagues). We cannot fault Peter and Richard Harding in their service, this started from the very first meeting seeing the real value our of property not just using out of date and misleading local comparable prices, ultimately achieving a considerably higher sale price than various other local agents indicated was achievable. This was not the only reason we used them as Peter was very enthusiastic about our house and that he really could sell it for the price he stated. His local knowledge (some very recent in our road) was key in this aspect. We were in a small chain with possibly the most incredibly slow, difficult, and downright awkward purchaser and their solicitors. Peter was tireless in his efforts to helping us achieve exchange of contracts (on about the 5th attempt) for the date stipulated by the purchaser (despite their seeming attempt to not provide the information required for this until the very last moment). Peter’s considered counsel on various points towards the end of the sale process were invaluable, and certainly helped placate the difficult purchaser and ultimately achieve completion. We were kept very much in informed of the process from the very start, great photos and advice on the initial marketing elements, right through to getting out of hours calls when it really mattered in answer to our various queries - you really can’t ask for more than that! We would thoroughly recommend Peter, and should we ever move again, we will certainly use him and Richard Harding’s services.

GoogleI had my property in Clifton on the market with another agent for nearly a year with no success, after speaking with my neighbours who had dealt with Richard Harding in the past I decided to move to them. I did not regret my choice. When Pete came to appraise the property it was clear he had done his research, comparing mine to other similar properties in the area. Something that was lacking from the other agent! They were great at providing feedback after every viewing and when an offer was placed they were great at communicating with me and my solicitor. I could not recommend Richard Harding highly enough. Thank you Pete and to everyone else for making it so easy for me.

GoogleKat from Richard Harding handled the recent sale of our home. We feel we made a very good choice using them. Kat was always so reliable, helpful and friendly. She followed up on everything promptly and made us feel able to ask any questions. We also really appreciated that right from the beginning she was willing to work on our time-scale and never pressured us in any way. She was very helpful right to the end when we had an unexpected problem on completion day. I would thoroughly recommend Kat and her work.

We interviewed several local estate agents before choosing Richard Harding and we did do because we were so impressed with Neil’s expertise and calm professional manner. Selling a property can be stressful but whenever we needed advice, Neil was on hand to guide us and he always made the right call. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
