GoogleThis review is for Ethan Borsten who is really professional and helpful. We had few viewings with Ethan although we haven't bought yet. Ethan makes us comfortable and explains everything and he is responsible,he never makes us hurry. He patiently wait for us to view and feel the property and to come with the questions.

GoogleExcellent and professional service from start to completion. Both Mitchell and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly while showing us around houses and suggesting houses/areas that might suit us. Chloe has also been fantastic - always available to answer any questions, keeping us in the loop at all times, and seamlessly liaising with the sellers, solicitors and mortgage company to get the purchase of our first house over the line. The CJ Hole team took away all the stresses of house buying/moving. It's clear that they care about their clients, and we will always use their services in the future. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe had Ethan Borsten take us round for a number of viewings for rental properties over a 2 week period, each time he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the property he was showing us through. Having recently relocated from Australia, he calmed our worries about the rental market with his excellent communication, punctuality and approachability. He always gave us more suggestions for properties and it was evident that he takes pride in what he does! Cannot recommend him enough!! 10/10

GoogleWe had an excellent experience from start to finish speaking with Minnie at CJ Hole! First, she was highly responsive by email and willing to answer any queries we had. She also offered us excellent flexibility to view the property remotely which was a complete life-saver. Secondly, while at the viewing, Minnie took great effort to document any issues with the property as we went around and communicated clearly with us what steps would be taken by the agency to correct this. We felt we would be in good hands as tenants-Thanks again Minnie!

GoogleThoroughly useless estate agent showed us around the property. He clearly knew next to nothing about the house, the owners or why it was for sale. He couldn't answer any questions about the property, promised to get answers and email them but never did, promised to arrange a second viewing but never did... C J Hole might as well have just posted us the keys and we view the place ourselves. Someone else at C J Hole then calls me about 2 weeks later and opens with 'hi, I think you might have viewed a property or properties with us?'. Doesn't even know what I've seen.

GoogleAwful experience with this CJ Hole. They put my mother's flat up on the market 2 months ago, and not a single viewing. After enquiring, Jack told me, (and I quote) 'I can't drag people off the street to view it.' Rude and super cheeky, especially since another letting agent was able to tell me that it turns out that the listing CJHole had put up had a glaring mistake. Turns out they put the wrong leasehold duration on it, so no-one would have even viewed the listing. Massive waste of time, and it sat for 2 months empty, with no tenant meant I lost those months rental income as well.
