Extremely responsive, helpful, and has been key to keeping things moving and on track by facilitating good communication between us and the vendors. CJ Hole in general were really professional and I appreciated their straight approach - for example when we viewed the property they didn't mention any other buyers or offers to try to rush us into making a decision before we were ready. Both Mitchell and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly while showing us around houses and suggesting houses/areas that might suit us. Chloe has also been fantastic - always available to answer any questions, keeping us in the loop at all times, and seamlessly liaising with the sellers, solicitors and mortgage company to get the purchase of our first house over the line. The CJ Hole team took away all the stresses of house buying/moving. It's clear that they care about their clients, and we will always use their services in the future. Highly recommend!
