He has the exceptional capability of grasping the customers mind. 31 March 2026 I've had the opportunity of viewing a number of properties with Mr Ethen Borsten and can't live without admiring his exceptional skills in handling the whole process so confidently. His communication skills, his manner of highlighting the different features of the property, and providing every required information regarding the property are so perfect. GoogleWe had a constructive morning viewing three properties with Matt. He was very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of time to look around and discuss the options. We loved the first property we viewed but sadly we realised we couldn’t afford the building work required to make the most of its potential. GoogleHad a really good experience during house purchase with CJ Hole, Brislington. Original viewing was with Dan Goverd, who although it was a last minute viewing, was friendly, professional and tried to find out as much info as possible to answer all my questions on the day. Sales progression was mainly with Minnie Challoner (who also conducted a very friendly and patient extensive second viewing) and Jessica Warne, who both answered queries and emails promptly, and kept me updated as to what was going on in a friendly and professional manner. Really happy with the process as a first time buyer. The new buyer's treats on completion day were also an unexpected sweet touch.
