We were extremely pleased with our selling agent Next Chapter. The entire process was made really easy for us and everything was taken care of. From our initial valuation we could see the confidence of the team and were really impressed with the innovative ideas presented to us for marketing our home.
We never felt pressurised and our suggestions were always taken into consideration.
We had a high volume of viewings through the door and after 8 weeks we had several offers on the table. The final negotiations by Next Chapter meant we received a great price for our property and their tactical shrewdness meant we had the right buyer and completed 6 weeks later.
Highly recommend for a stress free sale.

We could not fault the service provided by Next Chapter, nothing was too much trouble, we had regular updates throughout, they provided excellent value for money compared to other agents, their extended opening hours and around the clock service was amazing, they offer a personal touch and always have time for you. Thereafter once they provisionally sold our house, they did all the arranging, communicating, chasing and ensuring the conveyancing went as smoothly as possible, all through our purchase chain until contracts were exchanged.
