What can I say about Next chapter other than they have been fantastic. We purchased our property through them and were so impressed with how they handled the sale. Phones were always answered (sometimes before it would even ring!), they always get back to you when they say they will and their dedication and enthusiasm meant they would always be on hand for any questions even at the end of the day. They would always be the most up to date with sale progress. Big shout out to Hayley who was a pleasure to deal with and worked so hard to push the sale through before our little baby girl arrived! They went the extra mile to ensure my sale went through, and were always available to assist in any way possible. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and most importantly reachable. I used Next Chapter Estate Agents to sell my rental property and I was delighted with the service they provided. Amir and his team are professional, efficient, proactive, and they have an excellent communication system that eases the flow of information. I was kept informed on all viewings and provided with feedback. Their hard work led to the property being sold far quicker than I expected. Hayley, in particular, was very supportive throughout the process. Forget your traditional high street estate agents, these guys are great and I can highly recommend them.

We were impressed with Amir's professional, enthusiastic style and sound advice. What he said he would do and when, he did; nothing was too much trouble. Following our sale, there were delays which were outside of Next Chapter's control; Hayley's communication throughout was outstanding - again, nothing was too much trouble. I am convinced it was because of Hayley's persistent communication between ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors that we finally exchanged when we did. We heartily recommend Next Chapter and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Hayley was fantastic at chasing and progressing things for us. Really good communication and always stuck to her word. Thanks Hayley! We had an initial hiccup when we had our offer accepted and were asked to pay a holding deposit (a new initiative?!) which was non-refundable, even if our building survey went on to flag up major issues that would have resulted in us pulling out of the sale... But after speaking with the director he recognised that this wouldn’t work from the buyer’s perspective and was very reasonable about reviewing the policy. Thanks to all!

I would & have recommended Next Chapter to anyone buying or selling. From my first phone call to Ben with an interest of a property (which we now own) to then deciding to have Next Chapter sell ours, to exchanging, i can not fault anything. Amir, Ben & Ciaran were always so upbeat about my house selling, that i really didnt feel stressed. The communication was great. An Excellent agent! I was told by the other agents to put my property on multi-agent, which was a huge mistake, as the other agents did hardly any viewings, and instead made us look desperate. The two leading agents in Brentwood were the most disappointing, with the one agent who claims to be the biggest, not doing one single viewing and the second largest agent saying to reduce the price even further, way below what the other houses went for on our road. I was disappointed with the other ‘leading agents’ that I gave it to Next Chapter on exclusive as they were the only agent getting viewings, and they sold it! The level of service I received from both Kelley and Ben was fantastic as well. Very much recommend. These guys work harder then the big boys in my opinion.

Next Chapter and their whole team were outstanding in their efforts to sell our flat - from meeting Amir on day 1, to working with Ben for viewings, right through to exchange. We loved the fact they used a professional photographer which resulted in images that really showed our property at its best, and made it stand out among the many others on Rightmove. The level of contact is fantastic - these guys work from early AM well into the evening, and the Slack app made it so easy to converse quickly and efficiently. They’re such a modern, positive, forward thinking agent, and their service has been faultless! Can’t recommend them enough - they are miles ahead of other EAs. Thanks guys!

I had a buyer for my property but when they couldn't get their funds sorted l switched estate agents, partly so that l could reset the clock on Rightmove and partly because l felt my estate agent had lost it's momentum. I had seen Next Chapter boards all over Brentwood and when l checked 'Get Agent' they had the second highest sales in the area. Whether or not to market with Next Chapter was then decided when l met Amir. He is extremely likeable and passionate about selling homes. He also came up with a sound pricing strategy which was a great decision as it put my house in two possible budget ranges. l paid for the middle price plan which meant that the estate agents dealt with the viewings. I was present once when a viewing took place and l was impressed at how the viewing was handled, he really did sell the 'lifestyle'. It didn't take long to sell my house and throughout the process l have been kept informed, by the various staff at Next Chapter, about any progress. As we were nearing exchange, Amir has gone the extra mile to chase up every party involved. Today, l am pleased to say, we exchanged! In short l can wholeheartedly recommend Next Chapter, l would happily use them again.

I truly believe that Amir and the team at Next Chapter really need a medal for taking on my property. Little did either of us know at the time what a rollercoaster of a time we would have, but I must say how much I admire and can’t praise Amir and the team enough, through the struggles they endured, which were all third party inflicted, they still managed to stay professional, with a high drive to sell and get the outcome we were wanting. I was extremely impressed at how communicative they were throughout, working very hard from the start to the finish, their personal approach is second to none, a truly fantastic service on every level. I would highly recommend, as I couldn’t fault them on anything and I would definitely use Next Chapter Estate Agents again, but will give Amir time to recover first (inhouse joke).

I wholeheartedly recommend Next Chapter for all of the following reasons. Competitive price, fixed regardless of sale value and included VAT. We could easily have paid twice what we did for the Silver option and most other agents prices are excluding VAT. Amir was helpful, knowledgeable and not at all like the usual cheesy and condescending people we've come to expect of estate agents. Furthermore, when discussing the packages he suggested the Silver option; even though I'd indicated that we were thinking of taking the Gold option Amir said that the extras that would give were probably not necessary for our particular property. The valuation was in the middle of the three agents we worked with (the other two were traditional shop front agents). We know that some come in with the promise of a higher price in the hope of securing the business. The photography was indeed impressive (one of Amir's selling points) and I'm sure helped when it came to getting viewings. The viewings came think and fast as soon as we'd agreed to go ahead with Next Chapter. Although we were on a fixed fee with Next Chapter, they were never keen to rush an offer through. The first offer we received was just 2% under the asking price (positioned as "offers in excess of...") but we were advised not to take it, to wait for other offers which would come. However, we insisted on taking that offer. That initial buyer later tried to squeeze us on price based on one or two minor points from their mortgage valuation. We were advised not to budge and to immediately put the property back on the market to either get back the original offer back on track or to flush them out. It achieved the latter and we then had further viewings the very next weekend with two further (higher) offers! Once we got moving with a new buyer, Kelly was extremely efficient in moving things along and keeping us informed. We completed yesterday and I have to conclude by saying that Next Chapter was a real breath of fresh air - a pleasure to deal with and I never thought I'd say that of the estate agency profession. We were referred to Next Chapter by some good friends who had sold their house last year with Amir and the team and they only had good things to say about the experience. From the initial meeting with Amir at our house, we knew that we wanted to work with Amir straightaway, he was really friendly and someone who we felt happy to sell our house with. We loved that they used a professional photographer to take the pictures of your house rather than take the pictures of your house on their mobile phones. The quality of the pictures of your house on right move is so important to get people through the door and we were really happy with the pictures taken. Throughout the whole process they were not only fantastic support, it was never too much hassle for them to move along the buyer and also chase up the solicitors for us, they were also amazingly professionally and friendly. Amir, Kelly and the rest of the team were a real joy to work with, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone thinking of selling their home or looking to buy in the Brentwood area.

Amir personally came around to value our property. Next Chapter were one of three valuations that we had on our property, but it was how warm and courteous Amir was that made us want to go with them. Yes, of course the flat fee, virtual tour and exquisite photos helped twist our arm too but we were not disappointed. Amir's team carefully vetted the potential buyers and arranged convenient viewings that worked around us. Each viewing was accompanied by a well presented, knowledgable, trustworthy and amiable associate of the company. Feedback was chased up and relayed promptly and when things started to go a little cold, Facebook adverts were published to reignite the flames of interest. As desperation started to creep in with us and as time starting to run out, we employed the services of another larger Estate Agent. What a mistaker to maker. It is it when you compare the Customer Service of Next Chapter to that of a larger Agent (let's call them "Beresfood", so as not to name and shame them) that you really what a superb job they did. The rival agents were disinterested and unhelpful at times with a lack of viewings and an abundance of false promises. We had a limited time to sell due to moving schools, so it broke our hearts to take the house of the market. The heartbreak was not from not moving, but for having to let Next Chapter down after all their hard work. Our house not selling was no fault of Next Chapter, it just didn't happen this time around, but I would consider nobody else but Next Chapter for our Next Move. I wish all the team at Next Chapter the very best of luck for their bright future and once again offer our most humblest thanks for all their hard work. You made a very stressful experience seem a breeze.

It’s the first time I have sold and purchased and Amir, Ben and Hayley helped me every step of the way they are very friendly and professional. Hayley was especially great and on the case constantly in spite of a difficult chain. She answered or called back immediately.
