For anyone looking to buy a house (or sell), I could not recommend Alex here at Next Chapter anymore.
For nearly 18 months now my partner and I have been searching for our perfect “forever home” to settle down into with our 3 children and 2 dogs, which are both St. Bernard’s!
Being a big family and having 2 heavy dogs, Alex was quick to identify all needs we had and got straight to work, putting together an excellent and professionally selected portfolio of properties that suited all our needs. With my partner and I both being in professional careers, Alex knew time was prescious and selected only the best and most suited properties for us to view.

It was obvious to see when meeting with Amir last year for a valuation that he was very enthusiastic and wanting to make a difference in the Estate Agency space.
When finally putting our house on the market this year I was pleasantly surprised to see that Amir was if anything, more driven and focused on deliverying a top level of service than he was before.
The photography was very impressive and the advice given prior to having the photos taken proved invaluable in showing our home off to it's full potential.
As promised the service levels did not drop throughout the sale process as I have experienced when using other firms. When concerns were raised about my buyers lack of positive movement Next Chapter took the necessary steps to make sure things were moving in the right direction and gave the comfort level that I needed to allow them continue without my continued chasing.
Regular updates and good communication are key to good service and Amir and his team did an excellent job in this area.
I would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for a positive estate agent experience. You are not made to feel like you are one many clients being managed in order of priority but instead treated individually with the correct level of importance you expect when paying someone for a service.
I wish Amir and his company a very successful future and thank them for helping make this part of our a move a much less stressful one.

Our first meeting with Amir set the tone - he really took the time to sit and discuss our move with us, which was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with other local agents. Amir is so enthusiastic, hard-working and friendly - he made the whole experience of selling our house a pleasure rather than a stress! We were extremely happy with the photographs that were taken of our house, which really stood out online. Everything was dealt with and handled so quickly, with minimal fuss and intrusion.
Amir has been extremely helpful - from moving furniture around for us so that we could get the best photographs, to picking up keys and dropping off paperwork. He has been an absolute star and we've loved working with him. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Next Chapter and will definitely use them again in the future.

I immediately took to Amir because of his lack of a "hard sell." It's a complete no-no for me if someone is only interested in getting you to sign on the dotted line for something, without taking the time to hear what it is that you require of them.
Their price is an obvious benefit, and the photos that will be taken of your property by renowned photographer Linda Blacker are outstanding.

He took a massive risk going out alone and starting an estate agent company on his own with his partner Kate, and it would only work with hard work, dedication and perserverance. His set fee regardless of the price of the value is very appealing, plus with hiring great photography work, he and Kate really have progressed things forward and it wouldn't surprise me if other estate agents follow suit.

We recently sold our house with Next Chapter and we would thoroughly recommend them.. Amir is a very personable, honest guy who, together with his wife, delivers a fantastic service.
As first time sellers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process and Amir was very helpful in his advice. Nothing was too much trouble.
The cost is a fixed fee and significantly cheaper than other local estate agents. Clearly this was a big bonus to us.
Amir makes himself easily contactable, even late in the evenings and at weekends. Though this may seem a minor point to some, to a working mum who doesn't stop until the kids are in bed, this was very helpful to me and much appreciated!
Overall we felt that Amir was very accommodating, upfront and someone who took the time to listen and understand us and what we wanted and then he worked extremely hard to make it happen.
We have already recommended Next Chapter to our friends and family and we will be returning ourselves as and when we come to move again in the future!

View AgentsWe sold our house with Next Chapter and have no regrets at the choice we made. From my experience of selling previous properties with various Estate Agents, this has been the best by far. We were at first a little hesitant in using a relatively new company compared to a more established and larger one, but Amir was very honest, we liked what he had to say and his approach, the fact that he tried to be creative, and ultimately the fee was the most competitive by a long way.
Amir and his team pride themselves on 3 key principals - lower cost, better service and professional pictures. Amir has clearly seen a gap in the market and I'm sure his company will grow further if he sticks to these principals.
The cost is a fixed fee and significantly cheaper than other local Estate Agents. Amir recognises that Estate Agenting has moved on with the introduction of on-line companies and that you don't need a shop window to sell a house, therefore passing this saving onto the seller. Let's face it, this is the most important thing for all of us and we saved money!
Amir uses a creative photographer to get the best pictures and they do stand out from the rest on the various websites. You do pay a small upfront fee here to the photographer, but it's worth it.
Next Chapter's service does make the whole experience easier. Amir was always contactable and available whenever needed, including late in the evenings and on Sunday's! This makes a difference, as he is able to accommodate and accompany every single viewing and allows more viewers through the door. Amir was never pushy or pressurised you into dropping the price unnecessarily etc. He ultimately worked around you and really put your interests first and listened to your needs. They even dropped off mulled wine and mince pies at Christmas!
For all these reasons we would 100% recommend Next Chapter to anyone. Thanks to Amir and all his team!
