As first time buyers we had a lot of questions & queries and they had no problem assisting us however they could. I'm sure it's rare buyers leave reviews for estate agents but we felt compelled to say how grateful we are to all at next chapter! Amir was open and honest from the start, as we quickly found ourselves gazumped on our property. He gave us every opportunity to improve our offer and we felt so lucky to find the owner chose to stay with us! It then took a while for the vendor to find somewhere to complete the chain but Amir was always available, and kept us up to date at all times. By time the chain was complete it quickly became a race against time to exchange and complete before the expiry of our mortgage offer. The service Kelly provided in helping to progress the sale was second to none! We will always be grateful for everything you have done for us. Amir told me that he is here to market my house to its strengths, not to try and cheat me or the buyer. And he really did us proud. We recently sold our house with Next Chapter and we would thoroughly recommend them. Amir is a very personable, honest guy who, together with his wife, delivers a fantastic service. As first time sellers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process and Amir was very helpful in his advice. Nothing was too much trouble. The cost is a fixed fee and significantly cheaper than other local estate agents. Clearly this was a big bonus to us. Amir makes himself easily contactable, even late in the evenings and at weekends. Though this may seem a minor point to some, to a working mum who doesn't stop until the kids are in bed, this was very helpful to me and much appreciated! Overall we felt that Amir was very accommodating, upfront and someone who took the time to listen and understand us and what we wanted and then he worked extremely hard to make it happen. We have already recommended Next Chapter to our friends and family and we will be returning ourselves as and when we come to move again in the future!

If you’ve ever sold your home, you’ll know that it can feel like you’ve landed in quicksand, being swallowed up by what seems like a mire of paperwork, phone calls, legalities etc. etc. Next Chapter do not only offer the rope to pull you out, but they cover it with a solid bridge over which to walk safely and confidently. Amir Rafiai, at the helm, is a professional, competent and respectful individual who makes you feel as though you are his only client, which is obviously nowhere near true, given the swathe of blue boards becoming a staple sight of our Brentwood roads. A fixed, reasonable fee; all accompanied viewings; professional photos (personally and tactfully advised), excellent recommendations for conveyancing, EPC etc make choosing this company a ‘no brainer’. If you want to sell your home, buy one, or both and you would like a stress free experience, from viewing right through to completion then Next Chapter would be an excellent choice!

It was obvious to see when meeting with Amir last year for a valuation that he was very enthusiastic and wanting to make a difference in the Estate Agency space. When finally putting our house on the market this year I was pleasantly surprised to see that Amir was if anything, more driven and focused on delivering a top level of service than he was before. The photography was very impressive and the advice given prior to having the photos taken proved invaluable in showing our home off to its full potential. As promised the service levels did not drop throughout the sale process as I have experienced when using other firms. When concerns were raised about my buyers lack of positive movement Next Chapter took the necessary steps to make sure things were moving in the right direction and gave the comfort level that I needed to allow them continue without my continued chasing. Regular updates and good communication are key to good service and Amir and his team did an excellent job in this area. I would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for a positive estate agent experience. You are not made to feel like you are one many clients being managed in order of priority but instead treated individually with the correct level of importance you expect when paying someone for a service. I wish Amir and his company a very successful future and thank them for helping make this part of our a move a much less stressful one.

Amir and his team are the next generation of forward thinking estate agents. They differ from "old school" agents not just in the fixed fee but in their whole attitude toward selling a home. They realise that, more than anything, photo's sell houses. Not just any photo's but professional shots that show off your home at its best. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with professional people who couldn't be more different from the traditional image of estate agents. From the moment I met Amir it was clear he'd done his homework on our house and proceeded to impress me from the word Go, we signed up there and then (to a contract that didn't tie us in for a long period). Amir priced our house ambitiously, but within 2 weeks he'd secured a sale in excess of the asking price to well-vetted buyers who saw the sale through to completion, proving Amir's expert knowledge of the market. All issues were handled very professionally, he really is on your side. I felt all the advice he gave me was in MY best interests, not just advice that would accelerate the sale regardless, just so he could get his (well earned fee). Amir accompanied ALL viewings and was on hand to carry them out at any time, not restricted to office hours.or whether we were in or out. Overall an excellent customer-centered service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic value for money!

Amir and Katie are a start up company with an amazing amount of enthusiasm for selling your house. Initially Amir did all viewings but when this became restrictive due to time constraints we happily did a few ourselves. The photographs speak for themselves and sell your house for you - what a brilliant idea to use a professional photographer! Our house sold very quickly despite a couple of hiccups along the way. My only quibble is due to next chapter being a start up it can often be difficult to get hold of Amir immediately although he will eventually get back to you when he has a free moment. This can be stressful when chasing progress. Overall though, brilliant value for money when selling a house over £250,000
