Hi Siobhan We welcome ALL feedback, as it allows us to improve on service. However! We don't know who you are. We have no record of you on our system and this review was made at the same time as Imogen and we have no idea who that is either. Neither of you are on our system! We have never dealt with either of you, and neither of you are on our system. Thanks. Amir Rafiai - Director of Next Chapter Estate Agent
