Extremely happy with the overal experience with Amir, Katy and Next Chapter. The whole experience was explained at a level I could cope with and finally being able to deal with an agent that is honest every step of the way was a delight. She turned one, and we were still in our small house but Next Chapter never stopped. They were always contactable, kept us informed and constantly got people through the door for viewings. GoogleSelling our home was an enjoyable experience! We were extremely pleased with our selling agent Next Chapter. The entire process was made really easy for us and everything was taken care of. From our initial valuation we could see the confidence of the team and were really impressed with the innovative ideas presented to us for marketing our home. We never felt pressurised and our suggestions were always taken into consideration. We had a high volume of viewings through the door and after 8 weeks we had several offers on the table. The final negotiations by Next Chapter meant we received a great price for our property and their tactical shrewdness meant we had the right buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Highly recommend for a stress free sale.

I have found all of the team to be great to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a fantastic company to work with. The photos they used for their website, to advertise my property, were amazing and generally the whole process was fairly easy - they were a great help to me!
