This is the kind of experience that you want to get from an estate agent - you get a personal, attentive service and you don't feel like you are on a production line where it's all about just getting you on Rightmove and securing their fee. GoogleIt was a long journey for us to move house but Next Chapter were really great getting us viewing after viewing until eventually we found the right buyer, they then helped us through the whole sale process always on hand for any questions. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service throughout the entire process. The agent was persistent in spite of a difficult situation and communicated well on a daily basis. Every time we called they answered or called straight back. We would thoroughly recommend using Next Chapter and would definitely use them again if we were to sell a property in the future.

GoogleWe used Next Chapter to sell our development in Brentwood and found them very professional and very efficient. They sold most flats out of three agents we had marketing the development and rented two flats for us in matter of days. I would highly recommend them if you are selling or letting your property.

GoogleI was sceptical about switching Estate Agents, but the persuasive Ben Lambert managed to convince me otherwise. I have been very pleasantly surprised by Next Chapter. They may not be the biggest Estate Agent in town, but this works in their favour. They try harder. They communicate better. They innovate more. They sell faster. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe finally found Next Chapter after almost a year of trying to sell our house. The first Agency we used may as well have done nothing. The second tried but just wasn't up to the job, however we really noticed a difference when we signed with Next Chapter. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even if just ringing to let us know there was no further news. The Slack app they provided was also excellent and a great way of communicating especially for me as a driving instructor and being limited as to when i can use the phone. Basically they have a great team, great communication, great customer service and attention to detail and most importantly they deliver what they say they can. After a year on the market Next Chapter sold our house after just 3 weeks. A special mention must be made about Hayley who we spoke to most she is absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us....we have already recommended Next Chapter to friends who have now listed with them........if your looking for a reliable and communicative team that actually deliver what they say they can ......look no further you just found them....Thanks for all your help and assistance during our sale.

GoogleWhen solicitors wouldn't talk to each other, and wouldn't communicate with us, the only thing to do was to get the estate agents involved. And Next Chapter did this well. Towards the end of the process when things were becoming quite stressful, they took over. Thanks for getting things moving

GoogleAs part of a Conveyancing Team these estate agents are difficult to deal with, they have jumped the chain and repeatedly chased on an onward matter with an aggressive and rude attitude. They shouted and cursed at our staff members even when we have accommodated their calls. Poor service.
We're not sure which conveyancing company you work for, but the fact is, as a company, we're having no choice but to jump the chain, as we do not seem to be getting the correct updates, and matters aren't being dealt with correctly, which is a problem in itself. Our job is to work on behalf of our client, in order to get the results they pay us for. If things are not progressing correctly, then we will make phone calls to incompetent conveyancers, and Estate Agents in order to get the Job done! On behalf of our client! It's honestly a shame that you have posted this review anonymously. However, thank you for letting clients know, that we do not sit around waiting for things to happen, we make them happen to get the job done!
