Amy in administration was nothing but helpful, with a quick response to emails and happy to answer all our questions she made the process incredibly easy.

Rachel has provided me with an excellent service - she was very supportive when there were difficulties with the tenant and was endlessly helpful and co-operative when there were hurdles to overcome. Thanks to her attention to detail and diligence i was able to recover 100% of the tenant's deposit. She does her job extremely well!

GoogleThis is the only agency that ask you to pay your reservation fee without knowing what the renting property price is. When the agency shares terms and conditions after the 4th email and even then only some of them. Where agents continuously keep changing your name and always are late for viewing.

GoogleI had a bad Polish tenant that left my house in a mess and then refused to let the deposit be released to me to rebate the costs of replacement. Hafeeza at Thorgills acted very calmly and professionally throughout and in the end I received the £3k deposit reimbursement I required.

GoogleThorgills is an extremely easy, efficient and proffesional letting agency. They have made my move very comfortable. Since moving in, Kat Felton in the Property management department has been responsive and helpful for any enquiry or need for myself and the other tenants. They are very supportive, would definitely recommend them.

GoogleNot a great Experience with Thorgills when renting. Tried to change £70 for a brief room clean and charged £120 to fix an already broken fire alarm. They also had the tendency to neglect their responisbility as landlords. Several times the house had no heating, Electric and wifi.
