Following our decision to rent out our apartment we were introduced to Romans in Bracknell by family and our main point of contact was Tom Hawthorn. After a couple of days correspondence with Tom, who was extremely efficient in responding to any queries and guiding us through the process, we confirmed for Romans to be our sole agent and after signing the agreement with them a tenant was confirmed upon the first viewing within only 3 days !! Now that's what you call efficient service ! Thank you Tom !

In August 2018 we decided to put our house on the market with a local agent who failed to to sell our property on a exclusive arrangement which promoted us to look at other options. Before the instruction Lewis Burns from Romans Warfield approached us and kept in contact , which I found really good because there was a genuine desire to help us sell our property. Final after instructing Romans we had instant success and all of the benefits from using a well known agent (multiple branches that attract outside of the area buyers) worked for us. Within the first week we had viewings and on week 3 romans secured a offer which was 95% of the asking price , which was closed out within 24 hours. Expectational , professional and reliable service which didn’t end there. We bought our dream home via Claudia in new homes and again a smooth service. Massive thanks to Lewis , Joe , Kieran and Claudia .... If you are looking for a agent that will deliver and still remain professional Romans is number one !

I have had an amazing experience with the Guys at Romans Bracknell especially Rohan. I was kept fully informed of any viewings, feedback and generally kept in the loop as to any activity that may affect my sale. I had tried a couple of other local agents and was somewhat underwhelmed , so engaging Romans I was a little apprehensive but they have restored my faith and would definately reccommend them, they kept pushing my property and viewings kept being booked in when other agents had seem to given up after a couple of weeks. We used Romans Estate Agency to sell our property last year. They priced our property fairly and did exactly what we asked in terms of what price we wanted to achieve. They were efficient with clients viewing our home, all the team did a great job during viewings to show the best features of our home and we sold very quickly. We also bought our perfect home through Romans, Jon was amazing in negotiating price so we could afford to buy the house we really wanted. We were not without are challenges throughout the process but Jon and the team continued to work hard in ensuring things got back on track and everyone in the chain achieved their goal. Jon was always prompt in replying to me often beyond hours of a normal working day to ensure I felt confident with everything that was being done. Moving home is most certainly stressful and for us Romans pulled it off in what was a challenging move at times.

I worked with Nikki Salmon and Keziah Davies to rent our property in Bracknell. I just reported an issue of my ceiling leaking with water from the upstairs flat. The out of hours person texting me was so disgustingly rude and unhelpful to think there’s still people out there employed in customer facing roles like this is SICKENING. I have a vulnerable person in the property and they will not come to address the water flowing through my ceiling even though I have a toddler who sleeps in that room. That’s not a problem I won’t be paying the rent this month either as it clearly states in the contract I have with you that things like this are the landlords responsibility

Wouldn't recommend this as a tenant. They didn't repair a single broken thing while I was there and it took two months, repeated attempts to contact, and a TDS dispute before they returned my deposit. Things they failed to fix included: the lock on my bedroom door, the curtain rail that fell out of the wall and woke me, the shower that only scalded and couldn't be set colder, the black mould, the water damage that put a hole through the ceiling below it. Shameful service, truly.

Subject: HOLLERITH RISE BRACKNELL Dear Guys, Just a short note to say thank you to all you guys for the good job you'll did in selling our flat, only wish we had signed a contract with you'll three months earlier. Not having signed up with you guy's earlier it cost us an extra three months council tax at £124 a month, plus management fee's to First Port at £115 a month and on top of that water and electric charges over the winter months, all in all a tidy sum. Have used Romans as a landlord for 7 years. The lettings management team are superb, especially Donna who has been brilliant. I have had some dififcult tennants lately which she has dealt with easily. I also had some remediation work needed doing which she handled with ease and got the house back up to a very professional standard.
