So happy with the service we received from the team at Romans, especially Rohan Iqbal. Our house went on the market with Romans and another estate agent as we Had limited time to sell the property. Within 1 week of the property being marketed Romans had arranged 6 viewings and within 10 days we had an offer on our house which we accepted! Romans really helped keep the experience stress free and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. Rohan was always very quick at coming back to us. I would definitely recommend Romans to anyone looking at selling their home.

Although we did not find our home through Romans in the end my partner and myself agreed that the service we received from Lucy Clifton at the Bracknell office was excellent and the best of all the agents we dealt with. She took the time to fully understand our needs and requirements and only positioned properties which would of been of interest and suited our requirements, not what they were trying to get rid of! Lucy kept in regular touch with us through out our property search and always contacted us when she said she would which makes a massive difference. We would certainly recommend Lucy to anyone needing a good estate agent

Excellent. First class customer service by Tom and his Team at Warfield. Always very respectful of my home which meant a lot. always kept me informed, never had to chase them once. Very proactive and had viewings lined up immediately. We found a buyer within a week of signing the paperwork at Romans, it hadn't even gone on the web. We were very pleased with the valuation, which was higher than a local alternative agent had valued, and we achieved it as i said within a week! I originally went with Romans as I wanted an agent that was keen to look after my interests and they did just that. Well done Sales Team at Warfield. One negative comment is the service we've received after - after experiencing such superb service I expected it to continue, however after a good initial start the Move Manager is very difficult to get hold of. I understand she has a huge workload, my suggestion would be to get more resources to help her. Thanks again.

Received an excellent service from Ollie Hawkins in the Bracknell lettings team. As a first time investment landlord Ollie helped me select and purchase the right type of property. He is very knowledgable and gave me confidence in buying and letting the property in the right way with all the legal obligations landlords now face. When it came to the marketing, his high quality details and viewing strategy paid off as we had professional tenants lined up in less than 48 hours. The tenants flew through the references and moved in within a few weeks of my purchase completion date. I chose to have the property managed by Romans and the management team in their head office have also been excellent, we had a few teething problems with the property to begin with and everything was dealt with in a speedy and professional manner. Ollie was recommended to me by a friend and needless to say, I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone else who is looking to rent a property out.

From our very first meeting with Jon in May through to completion in August, we found the staff to be welcoming, interested and gave us time to talk through issues with them. They understood that selling your home can be a very emotional experience especially if a family is involved. We've had a great experience with Romans, from back when we decided to let our property and up to now where it is fully managed by them. Ollie Hawkins looked after our property and was excellent. Ollie was super helpful throughout and made the process really easy for us as first time landlords. We only had 2 viewings before Ollie found us suitable tenants so it was a really smooth process without worry, I can't recommend them enough, they will definitely be my first point of call in the future.

We've had a great experience with Romans in Bracknell from start to end. Sarah Heddle has been really helpful by answering all of our questions (we had a lot), showing us around the flat for a second time after our offer had been accepted so we could measure up... basically nothing was too much! Since moving into our new flat, Liga Stepina our Property Manager has been really friendly and helpful sorting out a few last decorative tweaks. Thanks for a great experience so far!

The management do not take landlords seriously, we have had a terrible experience with this company, our property has been left in a terrible state, needing new kitchen, bathroom, plastering, untold damage to the property by the tennants, and Romans have done nothing to resolve this situation, and will not communicate with us over this mess. We are now talking to the local council offices to see what can be done. Landlords, please think carefully before letting your property through Romans. This review does not reflect on the local branch staff, who have been great, but everything has to go through the management, and they cannot be bothered, this has been an awful experience, leaving us with a twenty thousand pound bill to repair the damaged property.NegativeProfessionalism

Just had an amazing experience from start to finish. We had issues resolved quickly including a nice new shower and at the end they were extremely helpful. Teresa Howlett was a calming factor when it came to my fear of losing my deposit which I think most people fear when it comes to the end of a tenancy. Very good service from the Roman's branch at Bracknell who acted as managing agents for our rental property, in particular Ben Peel who showed professionalism and a businesslike approach. Clear and straightforward paperwork and procedures, ideal for our entry into the lettings market. Just fell short of 5 stars as the information provided to the lettings team was not effectively transferred to the lettings manager dealing with the property once let which led to some misunderstandings on handover. Just that area for improvement.

hi everyone. my review for romans is as deserved a good one. I've gone through the process of renting a property with them. they have been swift and very informative and have met all my needs. I am yet to move in in October 2021. my reason for the good review is the professionalism from the ladies who have worked with me Charlotte Travers and Abbi King. ive loved their responsiveness especially from Abbi, who I've sent so many emails to. its, so far, been a pleasant interaction through out. I know that a lot of estate agencies have a reputation for hounding phone calls day and night and never leave you alone (which causes more head ache than its worth, I got it at work, don't need it outside of that) but these 2 girls have been lovely and explained everything very clearly, answered all and any questions i've had i wish to award the 5 stars to both these girls. so they both have the reward for whatever this competition there is at work with them, (sounds fun, but stressful, im sure their boss will give then horrid tasks if i don't give them 5* so.... hahaha just joking) cant wait to move in and thanks both girlies for making it so swift and easy. After having a buyer pull out of our sale previously, we decided to try a different agent to see if a fresh approach would work for us. With Romans having numerous offices, they were able to utilise their extensive database to help secure a new buyer for us. I always felt the team were working hard on our behalf as I heard from most of the negotiators nearly every day. Within just one month, we had two offers. I looked at a few rooms locally before going to Romans, and through them I viewed 3 suitable rooms at good prices. It was a far better range of options than I'd found looking before. I would just like to share my brief experience so far with Romans in Bracknell. I am looking to let out my property and I am very new to this but after speaking to previous agents the idea became too daunting. Although expecting a similar outcome I tried Romans. At first I was struck by their professionalism by phone then even more by person when my wife and I met with the agent Charlotte Walker.
